Wie nach Hause kommen :-)
Pros:

Am 02.05.26 waren wir erneut im nhow und es war wie immer ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Es fühlt sich immer wie nach Hause kommen an. Man wird mit ( im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) einer kleinen süßen Überraschung im Hotelzimmer empfangen, was für mich eine absolute Wertschätzung vom Hotel ist und worüber wir uns immer sehr freuen. Das Frühstück ist eines der besten Hotelfrühstücks die ich je hatte. Es lässt definitiv keinen Wunsch offen und wer doch noch etwas zu meckern hat, dem ist auch nicht mehr zu helfen. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück ist immer ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten wieder das Zimmer 350 ( genau richtig für Gäste im Rollstuhl - wie mich)
Ein dickes dickes Dankeschön geht an Max für die Einladung zum Drink. :-) Eine super süße Überraschung. Wir haben uns mega darüber gefreut und es war super lecker.

Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!!

A great stay!
Pros:

Great place to stay, big family room, great atmosphere everywhere in the hotel with music all the time, puts you in a good mood. I loved the elevators all with different theme and music :) The bar terrace was amazing by the river (we had great weather, so we enjoyed it). Only positive stuff!!

Pros:

Desayuno muy variado y de calidad. 25 euros por persona, asequible para los precios del hotel. Bien ubicado y con instalaciones cómodas. Lo que realmente sobra es la reticencia y la desconfianza. Supongo que habrán tenido muy malas experiencias con los españoles, pero la exigencia de previo pago por todo genera muy mal rollo.

Cons:

El personal es (en parte) amable. Supongo que el paso posterior es pedir 2 euros por sonrisa. Debe ser el carácter tajante o la experiencia de años, pero en general te queda un mal sabor de boca, pese a los colores pop de las instalaciones. Lo mejor, el ascensor.

Lugar perfecto para ir a conciertos en el Uber Arena
Pros:

Ubicado cerca del Uber Arena, permite ir caminando si vas a Berlín a algún concierto. Además está muy conectado con el centro mediante transporte público.

El hotel es moderno y tiene muy buenas instalaciones, la cama es muy cómoda y el baño una pasada.

El desayuno es increíble de variado y de rico, y además lo tienen hasta tarde, lo que de agradece mucho

El personal es muy amable y atento, lo malo es el checkin…muy tarde, a las 15:00, te cobran si quieres hacerlo antes…pero tienen servicio de locker para dejar maletas en caso de que prefieras esperar

Cons:

Tienen una barra muy chula en una zona de copas, pero el personal que lo atiende es un desastre, tardaron en ponernos 2 cervezas casi media hora, y eso que no había casi nadie…no les vi muy profesionales en ese sentido
