Very unfriendly and over priced and extra charges. Beware!
Pros:

The room is spacious but then we were forced to upgrade. Since we requested for a twin room but upon arrival they said they didnt have one. Since we didnt plan on sharing a bed we were forced to upgrade to a higher priced room at an extra cost. When we get in the room, we found that it was not twin bed either.

Cons:

The colours are very strong and makes you dizzy. The shower floor has mold. If we knew the cost will be higher upon arrival, we would have chosen a different hotel. My friend missed his flight and arrived to the hotel at 2.30 in the morning and wanted a room until 11 am to catch the next flight. So for the few hours, they asked for early check in additional fee on top of the room rate. So they trying all innovative ways to extract more money. Not service minded at all.

Pros:

I absolutely loved this place, the design, the atmosphere, the staff... The room was gorgeous and very quiet, the location is fantastic, and there are so many activities.
I will definitely come back !
