City Trip mit schönem Design
Pros:

Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein schönes, ruhiges Twin-Bett-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Spree. Die Bahn ist 3 min entfernt. Parkplätze kostenlos vor dem Hotel. Es hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt, das Frühstück hatte eine super Auswahl (auch an die Vegetarier und Veganer wurde gedacht), die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das ganze Hotel designmässig perfekt durchdacht. Hat uns also alles gefallen.

Cons:

Das Einzige was uns nicht gefiel, waren die Nischen neben den Betten (statt Nachttisch), sie waren als Ablage für ein Buch (oder tablet) und eine Brille einfach zu klein.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel südöstlich vpon Mitte. U-Bahn "Schlesisches Tor" zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Berlin. Gerne wieder!

auch wenn es schön war, haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, als wie gebucht und obwohl wir nach zwei Einzelbetten gebeten hatten, haben wir ein Doppelbett bekommen und mussten ein Gästebett dazu buchen

Äußerst freundliches Personal (Rezeption, Bar, Frühstück...), beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl sehr reichlich und schmackhaft, das Zimmer wirklich komfortabel- v.a. das Bett (Premium Zimmer)

Cons:

Minimale Kleinigkeit: es steht einfach nirgendwo, ob und was man im Restaurant abends essen kann -> wir wollten vorm Konzert noch was Kleines essen -> ging problemlos in der Bar-Lounge (kleine Speisekarte)

Cons:

Had a top level room BUT noise from adjacent lift a lot of the time !

No refill at all on bath salts

Poor quality breakfast

Followed green of not having room cleaned, allegedly a free drink but only house wine or beer .... but did not have water and coffee refill to room....we helped on cleaning, linen etc but water/ coffee should have been replenished

Over 50 percent of our entry and exit from hotel was grossly marred by STRONG smell of weed,this is really not acceptable at entrance to hotel.
