Worst customer service even phone not working inside the room
Pros:

Actually i had standard expectations from this hotel due to the location. But, they ruined my entire trip. The only good thing is that it's near the new Delhi railway station

Cons:

1) AC they provided an old model, But the problem is that they have not provided AC Remote i have requested for two days repeatedly then also not get. Due to that i infected the fever and cold.
2) I got room on the 5th floor. The lift was only available on the 4th floor. So on the 5th floor i need to walk through a heavy bag in front of the pantry. Again requested no action taken
3) the towel they provided was insane. I can attach that as a photo. After so many requests they changed.
4) even they didn't give complementary water either. When i asked reception they informed me it was chargeable. Okay rules must follow above the humanity, but worst towel, noice room, with remote Ac not the part of rule.
