Лучший отель из всех, где мы останавливались в Париже: красивый обновлённый номер, потрясающий панорамный вид и очень вн
Pros:

Номер был красивым, свежим и современным, с холодильником. Мы жили на восьмом этаже: из одного окна были видны Эйфелева башня и красивый закат, а из другого открывался панорамный вид на город. Вечером можно было наблюдать мерцание башни прямо из номера.

Завтраки приятные и достаточно разнообразные: были авокадо, вкусный скрэмбл и другие стандартные продукты. В лобби можно бесплатно пить кофе в любое время.

Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный персонал: сотрудники всегда были дружелюбными, открытыми и готовыми помочь.

Cons:

Существенных недостатков мы не заметили. Стандартная двуспальная кровать была немного тесной для двух взрослых с маленьким ребёнком, но для пары вполне достаточно.

When we got the the room the ladies had just done the cleaning but it seems as they didn’t touch anything, cause the room and the bathroom were dirty and the room overall had an unpleasant smell!!

The staff were amaizing couldn’t do any more for you very helpful and the location was lovely

The only thing I would say is that our shower pressure wasn’t the best however not unusable apart from that everything else was exceptional

Personnel aux petits soins et très bel hôtel
Pros:

Un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable, rempli d'attentions au-delà des besoins du client. Ma fille qui fêtait son anniversaire à Paris n'aurait pas pu rêver mieux. L'hôtel est très propre, confortable et très bien localisé pour circuler avec le métro sans être dans l'agitation des quartiers plus fréquentés. Nous y retournerons sans la moindre hésitation ! Merci encore à l'équipe Mercure Paris Bastille !!
