The perfect hotel in the perfect location

Everything. It has a fantastic location in the 11th. Close to Bastille, lots of cafés and restaurants and out of the “ tourist zone “
Our room on the 8th floor was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the mini fridge was great for storing, the bathroom had both a shower and tub and was super modern. And the view of Sacré Coeur was an added bonus. There was complimentary coffee at all times, water, and delicious French marshmallows (IYKYK).
Additionally, the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

NOTHING. Everything was perfect!

Posizione eccellente, pulito, ottima colazione, staff eccellente!
Pros:

Seppur non in zona centrale, ha una fermata metro praticamente davanti e si raggiunge comodamente qualsiasi zona. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ricco di ristoranti, non distante da Bastille. Colazione ottima, camera spaziosa, letti comodi, si potrebbero migliorare un po' le finiture delle camere e del bagno. Nel complesso un'ottima soluzione.

Belle expérience !
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, aux petits soins avec ses clients. Une réelle gentillesse. Une délicate attention nous a été réservée. Merci encore à Tiphaine. Un hôtel où l'on se sent bien. En pleine canicule à Paris, cet hôtel a été notre havre de paix, voire notre cocon.

Cons:

Rien qui ne mérite d'être souligné.

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre ainsi que le calme , on entend pratiquement rien de la rue alors qu’elle est très bruyante.

Cons:

Le fait que si on demande l’adresse d’un resto, le réceptionniste n’avait pas l’air d’en connaître un seul! Dommage car un petit conseil peut aider à faire son choix.

Great value at a clean, comfortable, and friendly property in a great neighborhood.
Pros:

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Typical size for Paris hotels but had everything you could want for a one week stay. It's located outside of the main attractions in the 11th which may seem far away but it's steps away from the metro line and in a local neighborhood offering its own fantastic vibe. Especially if you're a food lover and love trying various cuisines. Great brasseries close by. We really loved the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming, and went above and beyond to be pleasant and offer suggestions. Very professional and pleasant for both business and leisure travelers. We look forward to staying again.

Incredible, a breath of fresh air.
Pros:

The communal areas were very modern, comfortable and clean. Loved the French windows, the aircon was quiet and the filters were clean (I didn’t suffer sinus issues after a nights of sleeping with it on full blast given the heat). Loved that they had complimentary hot beverages available (almost) at all times, that there was always a complimentary refreshing concoction available at reception (particularly helpful when you’ve come in from the sweltering heat). The room was a little small but I didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room so wasn’t an issue for me - it was clean, modern and the bed/pillows were super comfy. Less about the property but I also loved the service - the standard of customer care in this hotel is outstanding. The best service I’ve experienced in a long time - it didn’t change no matter who was at the front desk - they were all impeccable.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small. Shower access was also quite narrow so might be a struggle for pregnant women or anyone with a moderately larger than average waistline.
