Great location!

The place is fun and for people who want to have fun and dance and listen to music or just chill and listen to music and eat and drink right outside your room sitting at the tables or at the bar or in the pool, connected to the casino. Only problem is none of the taxi guys know about this place and even giving them the address they seem ti get confused. It’s better to say the casino if you want to get dropped off at the right place

Staff was great. It does get a little loud late night but that was my type of party and I also sleep well through most things so was not a bother to me or my wife.

Breakfast was good, the pool area was nice and they had good entertainment in the evenings and nights. The location was excellent

It shiuld have more options for food than Lebanese food, not all of us like that food. The breakfast should have more variety, as same as the music, Latin music should be included

Free live music every night from 6pm till... but not past 1am. All rooms appear to have direct access to the party!

Best thing about cache hotel is location (close to 5th avenue).
The rest is just bland and disappointing! Non existent room cleaning, towels never changed, breakfast was ok but small portions. We had two “suites”, with complimentary power cut outs, broken double glazed windows, damp smell, mosquitoes and drain flies.
Sorry to say I was thoroughly underwhelmed with my stay, and if I had an option - would have moved!

The hotel lied and Expedia did not help. I booked a room with a hot tub as we planned on doing lots of theme parks and we thought it would be nice to use after the long day. I looked at many hotels but went with this hotel for that reason. Only two class of rooms had hot tub listed in the description and I took one of them. When we checked into the room there was not hot tub and I checked with the office and was took that room only had a bath tub and not a hot tub. I showed them the description there it clearly said hot tub and they would do nothing. But I could upgrade to the most expensive room which did have a hot tub. I called Expedia and talked and emailed them and they was no help. Totally unwilling to help me in any way. We stayed the night in the room and was horrified to learn our room was next to a outdoor dance area that had live very loud live music until 1 am and we was unable to sleep. Call Expedia again they was no help. We looked for another hotel but was unable to find anything we could afford after paying out all the money we had already. We paid the experience upgrade fees to change to the room with the hot tub and it was farther away from the music but sadly not far enough... every night very loud music until 1 am we purchased eye plugs and they only helped a little. We was so tried everyday and was unable to enjoy our trip and the trip was to celebrate my birthday. As bad as the hotel was Expedia was just his worst has they didn't care.

I stayed at Hotel Cache for my 34th birthday. I love the breakfast selection every morning hot made to order.The customer service was top tier at hotel cache. The local vendors sell unique gifts and food at nights just steps outside the hotel; Cache is walkable to 5th Avenue do shopping. I got to take a collectivo to Xcaret for my bday 10/10 experience. Every three days my room was cleaned 10/10 I had no issues.

We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better—just a minute’s walk to 5th Avenue. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing, and the included breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. There was something fun happening every night—DJs, salsa lessons, movie nights, a live jazz band—great for staying in or kicking off the evening before heading out. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even recommending a local beach to avoid the seaweed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely be back!

If I could curse on here I would. WOW not a good place. The bar was great, great food, great events but owner/front desk operations not the same. Terrible at handling customer services they respond or care to communicate the correct information to the airport shuttle which caused missing flights. Cleaning employees were great and kind.

Agree with the previous comments that this is a loud hotel. Cleanliness is okay for a place to just sleep.

Property is close to fifth Ave and centro marketplace that opens nightly. Breakfast every morning was nice and great value. Evenings were really loud with live music. If you enjoy this type of setting you will love this place. It didn’t really bother us much. Only issue was sheet had a stain on it and they took forever to change it. Room had a slight damp smell. I also didn’t get my VIP parking privileges which I found out about after they changed me for daily parking. The bartender was the best and she makes the best mixed drinks!

You better like dance music because you're sleeping inside a 3 story speaker. Blasting music till at least midnight and beyond.

Unfortunately, this hotel was well below our expectations based on the photos we saw at the time of booking. There are two positives: the location is great, and the underground parking (although charged daily) is convenient.

However, there are several downsides. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is heavily focused on parties — the music is extremely loud, almost every day, to the point where our room was literally shaking. The parties go until 11 PM, making it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep, especially if you're in Cancun for tours and good food, not nightlife.

The breakfast was OK, but it only starts at 8 AM, which is quite late if you have early tours planned or want to go to cenotes or beaches early to avoid crowds — we often had to leave without eating. Our room smelled old, didn’t feel cozy, and surprisingly, there was no fridge. Even the hotel bar staff were surprised when we asked them to store some food for us.

The hotel is clearly focused on parties and often invites external guests to join. Because of that, it’s hard to enjoy the pool or relax after a long day of tours — there’s little to no peace and quiet even during the afternoon or early evening.

I loved the umbrellas that greeted you as you ascended the stairs to the pool. The dining area was lovely with the plants and seating options. It was so convenient to have a keypad on the door of the room so we didn't have to fuss with a key. The bed and pillows were fabulous! The room was spacious and clean.
