Think that sheets and towels could be newer they look dingy. The breakfast area looks great! I have come to this hotel several times and will continue. Think it needs a new paint job, but the same color. Overall my stay was good!

El restaurante no funciona con normalidad o todos los días.
El agua de la alberca da un aspecto de estar sucia.
La apariencia de los cuartos es regular, además que el tema de la facturación es una odisea pareciera que le están haciendo un favor al cliente al momento que se solicita la factura además condicionan o tardan mucho para la emisión de las facturas entre del 21 al 24 de mayo y hoy 27 de mayo no me han expedido la factura.

Bien buen trato de parte de los empleados por otro lado falta limpieza general a el inmueble desde la calle hasta las habitaciones y ni hablemos de zonas comunes como alberca sucia no hay gimnasio en servicio y si muchas carencias lastimosamente es una cadena muy importante de hoteles pero a la baja ….

The only problem for me it’s the heating bedroom was broke out of 7 nights only 2 days the heating works and the rest wasn’t, was so cold my room I couldn’t sleep , the last 2 nights I ask again to take care of and didn’t look the staff of that night care much about my needs.
