Gorgeous place wuth great views.
Beautiful boutique style hotel but no elevator, when they say first floor they mean second for us Americans! Some staff speak English and are welcoming. Location is remote but nearby town is a short drive away, also close to the Saturnia Falls.
Peaceful retreat with pool
It’s a beautiful hotel! The only problem we had was the internet. They said they were working on getting it in the rooms.
This place is a diamond, but it’s quite a drive to get to. If you’re going to stay here you have to get a patio room and you have to go to the hot springs. It will change your life! The breakfast is amazing too! This part of our Italy adventure was our absolute favorite xxxooo
Great property and grounds
Beautiful vineyard with lovely hospitality. There was a power outrage so I was unable to enjoy the highly recognized restaurant. I enjoyed the wine tasting. Loved the pool! I was able to enjoy the hot springs EARLY! I got there 5:30a and it made a difference by 6a there were a lot more people but nothing compared to the crowds after 8a. So. Go early! Don’t forget to remove your jewelry! The rooms in the Villa are a bit small but the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I slept well. I would stay again.
Hotel VILLA AQUAVIVA
This is our second time in 2 years staying at this property.
The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO.
The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards,
Amazing views, from every angle of the property.
Breakfast included, was very good, and the personal attention of the Staff, was great.
Rooms are kind of small (specially the bathroom and shower) but super clean and a very comfortable bed. Parking it's included at the property
We Will come back next time we will be in Italy.
Bella struttura e pulizia e personale perfetto.
Uniche pecche la mancanza del bar e del ristorante
Lugar lindo, próximo da Termas de Saturnia. Tem 1 restaurante em frente do hotel. Quarto bom, cama boa, box do banheiro muito pequeno. Café da manhã muito bom. Excelentes Vinhos na vinícola do hotel.
Best moment in my life...
Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly.
We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)
Posto meraviglioso
Lovely place with very caring owners
Fantastiskt vinhotell i mitt i vingården
This was honestly one of our favorite spots we visited in Italy on our two week trip!
Great hotel , wonderful staff and restaurant superb . Wonderful experience and close to beautiful Cascate del Molino
The place is superb. The service is terrible. In particular, the manager was rude. When I asked for Kleenex, I was told that by law they are not obligated to offer it and that I should use toilet paper and if I don't like that I can go to the supermarket and buy some.
Also, the front desk is not open until 8 am, and even then, the clerk appeared 15 minutes late. Luckily we were in a car, not trying to catch a plane
A wonderful property to relax and enjoy nature, and of course, the wine! Owned and operated by a family.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with great recommendations and services. Breakfast was included and bountiful, tasty, with good choices.
The grounds are beautiful and you have full access to roam. The views of the Tuscan hills are breathtaking everywhere you look! The pool is clean and inviting, wonderfully refreshing.
The restaurant on site is a must. Delicious cuisine and very good service.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The town of Saturnia is close and a nice place to spend an afternoon/evening. Don’t forget about the hot springs near by. They are unique and relaxing.
We will be back! We loved it! Highly recommended.
Thecstaff was very nice. The hotel was beautiful and clean
