Awful. Not 4 stars. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Good location.

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Squashed flies on the walls and ceiling in the room that were there when we arrived, so the cleaner hadn't cleaned these off prior to our arrival.

There was no water at all, hot or cold, for prolonged periods on multiple days during our stay. There was a sight giving pre warning of one episode that water would be shut off. However, there was another long period when there was no water at all and no notice. We were unable to shower, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet. We received no apology or compensation when we complained.

We were kept awake by two groups of lads in rooms next to each other. They were in and out of eachothers rooms and were very loud in the hall outside their rooms. This happened from 2am to 4am. We asked them to be quiet multiple times. We ended up going down to get security. However, security was nowhere to be seen. The male receptionist came up to talk to the men, but they ignored him. This wouldn't happen if they didn't allow large group bookings or stag and hen bookings, etc.

The food was the same thing every day. I understand all inclusive can be repetitive, but you usually get more variety. You only usually see a repeat of dishes if you stay longer than 1 week. The food certainly wasn't 4 stars.

Our favorite hotel in Benidorm.
Pros:

Great location, fantastic food. Comfortable bed, nice room. Good facilities.

Pros:

La piscina grande muy bien, el parque acuático infantil genial, el spa bien.
El buffet con mucha variedad.
El personal desde recepción al spa, muy atento y muy cordial,

Cons:

Solo un apunte, como casi todos los alojados eran Británicos, la comida era muy británica.

No está mal pero con matices
Pros:

El precio, no se puede pedir más, calidad precio bien

Que la gente pone las toallas en las hamacas y las hamacas están vacías todo el día, animación floja, no se podía ver nada por la web porque no están actualizados, ascensores horribles, la chica de recepción se olvidó de cobrarme al llegar y me quería sacar de la cama con la niña dormida para ir a la pagar a las once de la noche y al final vino a la habitación a cobrarme y para finalizar, la comida del día de la salida nos tocaba ya que al llegar no comimos, y la chica que había en la entrada del buffet no nos quería dejar pasar como que habíamos perdido la comida y me dijo oye no te pongas nerviosa y la que estaba alterada era ella…. Flipante.

Hotel I would rate 4.5 but was let down drastically by the food.
