Great Hotel minus the all-inclusive
Pros:

Location was great and was close to everything we wanted to see.

Room was a clean and good standard.

Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Drink selection was great.

Cons:

Air con only blew out hot air and not cold, which given the climate seems a bit pointless.
The food and "themed nights" were pants, you don't expect gourmet food when the hotel is catering for so many guests. But the "themed" nights literally had no correlation to the food served. One night Kebab meat was served as an "Indian" themed night?

Lifts were very slow and made you want to pray to God for safe passage every time you got in them as they were creaky and didn't fill you with confidence.

Ist but not the last stay!
Pros:

The welcome. The ease of checking in. Everything was printed out about the hotel. Reception is also a bar area which is bright and nicely furnished. Ramps for disabled people. Our room was really nice. Bright, 2 huge double beds, for 2 of us!. Lovely shower. Easy to use. Complimentary toiletries, hairdryer. Plenty of towels. Tea/coffee facilities. TV and plenty of storage. Good size balcony.
Restaurant was great. Staff were welcoming and very helpful, even though they work non-stop. Food was amazing. Everything you could think of was there for breakfast. Very efficient. No waiting in queues as some reviews suggest. We have no complaints at all.
Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Lovely hotel , only a few faults

Cons:

Reception smells like drains , must be the toilets , cleaners of the rooms need to mop the bedroom floors daily as they was rotten, considering it’s only just been done up !

Good location, staff were great and very helpful

Cons:

Other than breakfast food was terrible. All inclusive drinks could have been better, more selection. Air conditioning didn’t work so the rooms were very hot and you couldn’t have the balcony door open or you were eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Very enjoyable and stress free
Pros:

Extremely clean and well kept, beds/room made up every day. Really good indoor spa/pool. Staff really polite and accommodating too will be back in summer months
