Room was not clean, the toilet and floors were dirty. The room also smelt like cigarettes.
I went to reception and complained, they said it would be cleaned again.
We went out for two hours after we arrived back it still had not been cleaned. Asked again at reception and they then sent a cleaner to our room. We waited another 30 minutes.
The floors were still dusty, I was not impressed with the standard for a four star hotel!

Todo incluido,la limpieza,la hubicacion,animación aunque tendría que haber para adultos también.

Cons:

No acceso a piscina porque la gente no quita las toallas ni para comer,parece una competencia a ver quién madruga para hacer cola y antes de abrir piscina ya no hay sitio .De 8 días solo pudimos ir 1 día. La comida se repite cada día,no hay mucha variedad.ascensores fatal para coger alguno.

The night I landed, completely exhausted from a late flight, I discovered my room’s air-conditioning wasn’t working. Maintenance came and claimed they fixed it, but two days later I still had to switch rooms, repack all my bags, and move next door. I was supposed to be in the main hotel but was shoved into the sister hotel instead—promised one thing, given another. The lifts are unbearable, no air-conditioning at all, so just reaching my seventh-floor room felt suffocating, and the floor in my room wasn’t even clean. On the slightly brighter side, the entertainment was okay for children, and the pool was lovely for them. I didn’t completely starve my boredom, but I didn’t touch the food. Honestly, for what I paid, this was a shambolic welcome.”
