Pros:

Beautiful building, sends you back in time!

Nice restaurant, car park at rear is useful.

Rooms clean and tidy, with a homely feel.
Nice touches, with games, books, radio on when you walk in.

Only stayed one night, would have loved longer.

Nice central location

Cons:

Room was clean and bedding etc

Did spot under the bed could do with a clean.

Fantastic Location, and a great stay
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were really helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

When we arrived noone was at reception to greet us, but we knew the staff were busy on other duties so it wasnt an issue

Won’t be staying again
Pros:

Good Location for Cheltenham races, stayed twice before

Cons:

Too expensive for standard , paid £423 per night B&B stayed previously but standard has dropped. Needs a good deep clean, blocked drain outside kitchen, fag ends in same area, trail of waste oil out to car park, stairs, hallway & windows needed good clean. Lots of staff but disorganised, poor breakfast one day. Only 3 yogurts out for all the guests. 4 items not available on dinner menu - bad management when it is busiest week of year. staff said meat delivery hadn’t come, some wines not available.
