I was wairy because of reviews but could not fault the place. It was a Perfect space for me to stay to visit relatives locally and sight seeing. Clean tidy room surprisingly quiet above a public house. Loved my 2 night stay.
Nothing.

Location
Broken Door lock
We were checked in by Cayris, who set the tone for the whole stay. She and the other staff were outstanding.
Lots of stairs, but worth the climb to a very clean and comfortable room.
Location was where we needed to be
No dinner on the night we stayed.
We were drawn in by how good the restaurant looked ( but no mention that the restaurant is closed monday and tuesday) and ample parking
restaurant closed, room carpet had stains, wardrobe door missing, bathroom sealant and shower cubicle needs attention, no hot water in the morning and long wait for breakfast
Good location, great bar and breakfast staff, plenty of parking
Location was a little noisy, not much choice of pubs nearby
Needs money spent on it
Nothing

Room needs renovation. Carpets should be removed forthwith.
Central location on national cycle network. Food and staff good.
Traffic noise. Rooms very dated.
