Decaf coffee and tea options would be nice.
Good value and close to Bath
Noisy from road but also other rooms. Lots of squeaky floorboards and plumbing
Good Full English breakfast.
Location good for my needs (I was attending a private party on site).
Good size for a single room.
Plenty of free parking.
Cleanliness could've been better (grimy/mouldy around the window panes).
Some mould on the sealant in the shower.
Very helpful staff.
Great overnight stay for Xmas markets in Bristol. Recommend
Rooms were clean.
Evening meal was burnt. Did another one however wasn't much better.
Had to leave early to be at an event. They wouldn't offer us any breakfast so had to purchase something enroute even though we paid for breakfast.
Rooms very tired, floors uneven, but that would be due to the age of the building.
The car parc.
Well we were asked for our card details at the bar and to log in to our bank in front of a snooper lurking behind. the excuse being other guests had damaged the rooms and they wanted to charge our account for damage. we have stayed many times before and this time we were put in a room with a broken cupboard door, defective TV and very little loo roll.
