Room and bathroom are big
Doors ( main door plus room door) were difficult to be opened and there are only hotel staff during working hours which means no one there on the weekend and public holidays.
The hotel use the password/pin to entry the hotel and the room, however based on the pattern, you can easily guess other rooms their password which is no safe. Hope the hotel update their passwords regularly.
The bed is too soft and there is no kettle in the room.

The hotel itself is lovely, clean and well looked after, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed here many times and usually had a very good experience.
Unfortunately, both times I’ve stayed on the ground floor it’s been very noisy early in the morning. On this stay there was repeated banging on doors, loud door slamming and shouting/swearing in the corridor around 6am which made me feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe. I also personally didn’t find the zip and link bed very comfortable.
The room is needs updating but in general it is cosy and nice size.
The bed is very comfortable, the view was nice.
The shower needs some updating, the lamp needs to be checked and lightbulbs changed.
