Everything was great. The room was comfortable, all the staff members were helpful and friendly, the location couldn't be beat as we came in and left by train. We easily walked into town and along the seaside promenade. Breakfast was very good. We had a nice light lunch at the hotel on our departure day.

It was a beautifully decorated property inside and out, the family room was brilliant and more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 children.
Great location, easy train to Brighton
A bit noisy on road outside in morning
The room was perfect, well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable with spotless, high quality bedding. The tv was fabulous and had every app we could possibly want. The bathroom was perfect with an excellent shower, good quality towels which appeared brand new and a lovely selection of toiletries. We had a hairdryer and good selection of teas, coffee, milk and biscuits in the room and a decent wardrobe. I couldn’t fault the room. We also had dinner at the hotel and breakfast the following morning. We were so impressed with the quality and presentation of everything we had. The most outstanding feature of this place though is the staff. I don’t think I’ve met a friendlier, more welcoming bunch anywhere. This is a gem of a place and I look forward to returning.
Perfect location
Lovely staff
Great food
Bed was so comfortable
Very friendly staff
All was good
Nice spacious room and bathroom, large comfortable bed.
Room was a bit cramped for the price. No chair, just a desk stool for 2 people. Limited space for clothes, just a few hangers on a rack. Shower worked fine but was rather small, not easy to get in and out and turn round. Nowhere to hang hand towels anywhere near the sink - even a couple of hooks on the wall would help! Water from tap in sink very odd: the "cold" water ran very hot for maybe 5 minutes before it cooled down to actual cold. Breakfast was O.K. but limited - no fruit, no cereal except granola, no separate yoghurt - would have preferred a buffet, which is more usual these days.
Friendly supportive staff, their consideration and clear communication.
Excellent breakfast.
Loved the singular style of the hotel.
All good.
First class food from head chef, Luca. Outstanding quality. Highly recommended.
The room was inviting and well-maintained, with tasteful color decor. The bed was comfortable, and both the sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. The shower also had excellent water pressure.
Nothing in particular about the hotel itself. However, if you’re driving, be aware that there is no on-site parking. There is a nearby car park called Teville Gate, but it does not offer 24-hour parking and only allows stays until 8am.
The rooms were very clean and tidy, the facilities are well appointed. The family rooms are a good size and the bunk bed are perfect for the kids with the little lights for reading.
There is no parking and we had to pay just under £20 in the council car park, would be better if there was a reduced rate for the hotel guests.
The room was gorgeous, shower great, bed so comfy and staff were so helpful and friendly. We were even allowed to leave our bags there when we checked out as it was a nice day and we wanted to go back to Worthing seafront. Nothing negative to say about this place, just annoyed we didn’t opt for their roast on Sunday as when we returned, it smelt amazing! Will definitely head back there again.
Nothing - it was all perfect!
Brilliant location for me - really comfortable and friendly staff

We like staying here, near friends & events we want to see.
Gorgeous room and bathroom, very clean, very stylish and modern, lovely tea and coffee selection. Really friendly helpful staff
Hot water didn't work at 10pm when we tried to have showers, it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. But it worked fine in the morning.
