Lovely room great staff
Nothing it was all good
Very good value, excellent staff, spacious bar areas and great food.
Everything from food, facilities, customer service and cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were amazing, special mention to Grace who was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Couldn’t fault anything
Love the charm, the history and the staff. Super sweet.
It was cold. The heater and towel holder didnt work. Coffee maker had previous use and coffee cups still had rings inside.
We love staying here. Its the service, ambience, food and general hotel is fab. We love returning.
Very welcoming, lovely staff. Room very comfortable.
Couldn’t open my window.
Excellent
Could do with sound proofing. Heard clearly the merriment in the bar/restaurant.
After my meal in restaurant I would go to my room watch Netflix and I had to turn up the volume on Tablet cos it was quite loud.
Very pretty old house, very clean and good condition bathrooms, and the receptionist was quite nice regarding giving us instructions on good things in the area! Coffee and biscuits and water in the room were very nice touches!
There was a moth on the tissue box in the bedroom. I couldn't really sleep as you could hear snoring from nearby rooms and the mattress was too firm. We paid 25 GBP for a 1 hour extension on the check out and they tried to double charge us, on 2 different cards. I saw a child helping with housekeeping.
Friendly staff, easy parking, beautiful room with great facilities, delicious breakfast
Nothing
Didn’t take breakfast. I can’t eat big breakfast.
We arrived on Mother’s Day. Only special menu available. Limited choice and more expensive
Fantastic service very professional staff food was delicious and location was centrally located with good access to main routes.
Rooms very clean and all the hotel was nice staff very helpful 👌
The Full English was delicious! On top of the breakfast menu, you can also help yourself to a small variety of breads, yogurt, fruit, juices, oatmeal, cereal and so on. Room was comfy though small. Bathroom looked impeccable, perhaps newly renovated. You can easily bus there from Salisbury Railway Station. I recommend!
