The location was convenient and the staff were very supportive throughout my stay.

Pros:

Emplacement au top, à 5min de Edgware Road Station donc très pratique pour aller dans le centre!
Personnel très aimable et arrangent (on a pu laisser nos bagages…)
Hôtel globalement propre et fidèle à sa description

Cons:

Quartier très bruyant et faible isolation de l’hôtel (on entend l’extérieur et les autres clients de l’hôtel)
L’hôtel ne paie pas de mine (un peu vieillot et pas de meuble de sdb par exemple…) mais pour 2 nuits ça allait très bien !

Lo único bueno la ubicación
Pros:

Lo único bueno era la ubicación, muy cerca de parada de metro y autobuses y se podía ir andando a los sitios.

Cons:

La primera noche nos dieron una habitación ENANA en una entreplanta de la que no salía apenas agua de la ducha.
Al siguiente día pedimos cambiarnos de habitación y nos dieron una más espaciosa y con una ducha de la que salía agua (cada día a una temperatura diferente, no se podía regular).
El personal no era muy amable la verdad

Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is situated a short 5 minute walk from a tube station and a short walk from Oxford street which was great. The room was perfect and nice and warm for the winter.
