Not happy with the accommodation but the staff and location were great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great.

Cons:

The room was very basic and there were marks on the walls. There were ants in the room which went into the bathroom. The tap in the bathroom only ran hot.

Comfortable, straightforward, pleasant environment.
Pros:

My second time staying here and I honestly love it. Very easy and nice staff. The tube is very close and we’ve always had a room downstairs which has worked out well so far.

Cons:

Honestly I’ve liked everything so far. It’s comfortable and not too fussy.

Black mould in the bathroom, dirty carperts, unclean dishes in the cupboard, cigarette burns on the couch, no wifi connection, poor customer service, insects in bed, stairway entrance full of rubbish and dirt, garden backyard overgrown with rubbish lying around. Contacted property and hotels.com, denied refund, had to check out early and pay for a different hotel.

Bona elecció per una estada de 3-4 dies.
Pros:

L´hotel està situat en una bona zona. Molt cèntric i ben comunicat amb metro i bus. La zona és tranquil.la, perfecta per descansar sense sorolls a la nit. Tot i així, hi ha molts serveis al costat, con supermercats, restaurants, cafeteries i botigues de tot tipus. És una zona segura on pots tornar a l'Hotel de matinada sense problema. En referència a l'hotel, la relació qualitat-preu és perfecta. Tot estava molt net. Et fan l`habitació cada dia. El personal molt respectuós i atent a qualsevol consulta o petició. Disposa d'ascensor i a l´habitació tens nevera i bullidor d'aigua amb te i café. També un ventilador per si ets molt calurós.

Cons:

Les instalacions són una mica velles però ben conservades. Per dir alguna cosa, la porta del bany estava una mica desencaixada i costava de tancar. Li van comentar al recepcionista i ens va dir que després del cap de setmana la repararien.

Bra boende med trevlig personal. Det var ett bra läge och nära till en restaurang som hette Jaffa där vi åt vår frukost alla dagarna. Nära till både tunnelbana och främst buss!
