Pros:

The location and that the floor in the room did not have a carpet.

Cons:

We booked this hotel based on the photos of the rooms. Once we arrived at the room and compared it with the photographs on Booking.com, we realized that all the photos are computer enhanced. The photos do not match the rooms other than in colour. The quality of the room and the bathroom was low. The quality of the squeaky beds, and rough bedding was disappointing. The room was also very small due to the presence of a third bed. The room had one window but the window could not be fully closed or locked because the window frame had two pieces attached that would block one window latching to the window frame. Also, there was no safe in the room, so we had to carry around our valuables with us all the time.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien et organisé dans une salle agréable.

Cons:

A l'accueil, nous sommes tombés en arrivant sur une personne qui était au téléphone et qui à aucun moment n'a abrégé sa conversation pour nous prendre en charge. L'escalier pour accéder aux chambres était en travaux et la chambre pour 3 qui nous avait été attribuée sentait mauvais (transpiration) et donnait directement sur une rue très passante alors que j'avais préalablement demandé une chambre calme. Heureusement, nous avons pu changer de chambre et loger dans l'hotel attenant qui appartient à la même direction. Néanmoins, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bains (glissante) ne fonctionnait pas. Plutôt gênant pour l’intimité… nous l’avons signalé mais il manquait des pièces pour la réparer rapidement.
