Staff very pleasant but the hotel felt in need of refurb
Pros:

Well placed for exploring Epernay. Short distance to town centre.
Secure car parking
Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

Room in poor decoration. Carpets stained badly at side of bed and by the bathroom. Mould around shower. No extractor fan in bathroom. No air conditioning( a fan was provided)
No tea/ coffee in room.
Only spent two nights here but it is very basic

Hotel within short distance of the champagne houses
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the champagne houses on Avenue de Champagne
it was very hot so the hotel kindly gave us a electric fan to keep us cool at night.
Superb buffet breakfast.
Free car parking was good.

Prima hotel voor een overnachting in Epernay
Pros:

Prima locatie om de stad in te lopen voor een maaltijd in een van de vele restaurants in Epernay. Kamer schoon met fijne bedden. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
