Pros:

Location was great right in the centre of town. We cycled there and arrived early, the lovely receptionist arranged for our rooms to be available early which was very welcome in the heat. Mattress and pillows were exceptional.

Vriendelijk, maar standaard kamer erg klein en zonder airco niet geschikt in het huidige zomerklimaa
Pros:

De dames aan de receptie. Vooral Eugénie maar ook haar collega. Spreken goed Engels (1 zelfs native speaker) en heel erg behulpzaam. Helaas ben ik slachtoffer van phishing (nog niet opgelost) en ondanks dat het hotel dit niet kan oplossen (vanwege de boeking via Booking.com) was men heel meelevend en meedenkend.

Cons:

De grootte van de kamer. De standaard kamer is zo klein dat je er met twee personen eigenlijk niet in kunt manoeuvreren. Het was de dagen dat wij er waren ook erg warm, en er is in deze kamer (nummer 8) geen luchtbehandeling. Het raam open was ook geen optie, enerzijds koelde het in de warme nachten niet af maar vanwege de nabijheid van de Orne zijn er ook veel muggen. Dat kon je ook goed zien omdat gasten voor ons al menige mug hadden doodgeslagen op de muren...
We hebben besloten om ons verblijf na 1 nacht af te breken. Iets wat bedoeld is als vakantie moet ook als zodanig voelen. Dat deed het helaas niet.

Très bon accueil et très belle chambre avec terrasse & vue sur le bocage !

Cons:

J'aurais peut être apprécié un peu plus de choix dans les cidres & poirés. Ces produits deviennent tendance et méritent une plus grande reconnaissance. Les visiteurs seraient ravis je pense d'avoir un choix plus large ! Tout en restant dans le bocage bien entendu.

Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soins. L’hôtel est bien placé.

Cons:

La moquette dans les chambre et la déco de mauvais goût. Mais tout cela reste subjectif
Dommage que pour un hôtel SPA tout soit payant et que rien ne soit compris dans le prix de la chambre
