The carpet in the room smelled bad. The carpet was very old and there were cockroaches and the room was very small.

A wonderful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is worth every euro. It has a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the Seine embankment is a 30-minute walk away. The room—aside from the creaking of doors—has everything you need and more: a minibar, a generous supply of coffee and tea, a safe, air conditioning, shower gel and shampoo, plenty of towels, and even a shower cap and a shoe-shine kit.

Pros:

The hotel is very well positioned, easy acces to metro and even on foot to many Parisian landmarks. The stuff was exceptionally welcoming. The suggestions they made, the services they provided was outstanding. The room we booked was very nicely decorated, very useful and well kept equipment. The size of the room was more then sufficient for a family of 2 grown-ups and a child. Overall the hotel looks even better then in the pictures. Totally recommend. Many thanks for facilitating a memorable stay in Paris. My little girl keeps on talking about you and your hotel.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro ed alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, hotel molto pulito e confortevole la camera era adatta a 3 persone, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

abbiamo dovuto sollecitare due volte l'intervento della manutenzione per sistemare il rubinetto miscelatore del lavabo, piccole cose che però potrebbero essere migliorate.

a nice stay in paris.
Pros:

good location, close to metro lines and easy to get to the train station.

Cons:

overall it’s good. but i found the receipts and contact lenses from the previous guests. maybe be more careful when cleaning.
