Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Einkaufen, div. Restaurant, ÖV in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar.
Zimmer sauber und gut Ausgestattet mit Safe, TV, Föhn, Hygieneartikel und ein Balkon mit Sicht auf das Schloss. Die Fenster scheinen neuer zu sein mit dreifach-Verglasung was für Ruhe sorgt.
Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Cons:

Self-Check-in am Automaten war etwas harzig da wir vom Hotel die Reservierungsnummer vorgängig nicht erhalten haben und dann auch noch unser Name falsch geschrieben im System hinterlegt wurde. Positiv war jedoch der Support, telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar wurde das Problem schnell erledigt.
Zimmer sind nett aber relativ klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch perfekt für 1-2 Nächte.

Custo benefício ótimo na Suíça
Pros:

Comparado aos demais hotéis da região, o preço é excelente, quarto limpo, recepção rápida (já atualizaram a máquina de selfie checkin na entrada, tem em inglês, alemão, francês, italiano e espanhol), o processo leva uns 5 minutos, nada complexo, já libera os cartões.
Tem elevador, o quarto tem aquecedor e ótimo chuveiro, quarto com espaço muito bom.
Acabei não tomando café da manhã, apesar de estar incluso na diária.
Hotel está a uma distância pequena da estação de trem, uma pequena subida. Tem ônibus que passa bem próximo, mas acabei não utilizando.

Pros:

Close to the Brig train station. The hotel has amazing staff, always ready to answer any questions. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are equipped with necessary amenities. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast was simple but good!

Absolute gem of a hotel for British travellers. Nice clean room, kettle for making tea and a big buffet breakfast in the morning. Top tier!

Cons:

I don't like that the woke liberal elite are destroying the national fabric of my country by bringing in cheap labour. Vote Restore!

Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, le check-in n'a pas fonctionné le jour de notre arrivée, mais le personnel a très bien réagi pour pallier ce problème
