Bien trop cher pour un hôtel aussi bas de gamme
Pros:

L’hôtel est à côté du parc du Château, c’est joli et proche du petit centre en vieille ville. Mais faut-il encore avoir une chambre du bon côté..

Cons:

La salle de bain était vraiment vieillotte. La literie peu confortable et les oreillers avaient une odeur de moisi. La décoration n’a rien de beau ni chaleureux. Le petit déjeuné était misérable.

Pros:

Soba je bila uredna i ugodna. Vidi se da zgrada nije nova, ali se primjećuje trud da sve bude čisto i održavano. Pogled na Stockalperov dvorac iz sobe bio je prekrasan i jedan je od najljepših dijelova boravka.

Self check-in funkcionira odlično – jednostavan je, brz i praktičan. Posebne pohvale gospođi koja poslužuje doručak i uređuje sobe. Vrlo je ljubazna, susretljiva i vidi se da se iskreno trudi kako bi gostima boravak bio ugodan.

Cons:

U sobi nedostaje ventilacijski sustav pa je tijekom toplijih dana prilično vruće. Dostupan ventilator nije bio dovoljan da rashladi prostor.

Prije dolaska putem poruka dobio sam potvrdu da će za osobu koja se hrani gluten-free i veganski biti osigurani bezglutenski kruh te voće i povrće. Na kraju su bili dostupni samo bezglutenski kruh i zobeno mlijeko. Na recepciji mi je rečeno da sam to trebao ranije najaviti, iako sam to učinio prije dolaska upravo putem Booking poruka.

Također, terasa s pogledom na dvorac, za koju piše da je uvijek otvorena, tijekom našeg boravka nije bila dostupna, što je bilo malo razočaranje.
Unatoč tim nedostacima, ukupni dojam je pozitivan jer se vidi da se osoblje trudi i ljubazno je prema gostima.

Postcard perfect stay in a beautiful town with mountain views.
Pros:

Perfect location near a beatiful old town, everything is on a short walking distance, but the hotel itself is located in a quiet surrounding. Magnificient mountain views from the hotel room. Nice small balcony.

das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so einfallsreich.
Am zweiten Morgen haben diverse Sachen gefehlt, z.Bsp. keine Laktosefreie Milch mehr.
Eine Cornflakesvariante anstelle 2x gleiches Müsli wäre schön.

Très bien et extrêmement arrangeant !
Pros:

On a particulièrement apprécié pouvoir réserver 4 lits au dernier moment, 30 min avant d’arriver, et avec un check-in après 23h!

Cons:

Nous devions avoir un lit double, mais comme dans beaucoup d’endroits, ils s’agit de 2 lits simples collés l’un à l’autre - avec un espace au milieu. Pas notre favori pour dormir dedans en couple, mais c’est la seule chose qu’on ait à commenter !
