В целом хорошо, но есть нюансы
Pros:

Отличное расположение в самом центре города, до Lego House 2 минуты, до Legoland минут 20-30 пешком по отличной дорожке через Lego-кампус. Через дорогу от отеля отличный большой супермаркет. Отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить за ранее заселение: мы приехали около 11 часов, номер был не готов, но нам предложили свободный, чтобы мы могли заехать без ожидания. В целом, отель очень аутентичный, с отличным расположением в городе.

Cons:

хотелось бы на завтрак больше выбор, в один из дней даже не было ничего горячего вроде омлета (возможно, еще не успели принести). Также везде пишут про ресторан в отеле, мы хотели поужинать в один из дней, но оказалось, что он не работал.

Nice breakfast.
Well located side by side with lego house, supermarket and lots of restaurants.
Comfortable and clean bedrooms.

Cons:

The common areas could use some attention, especially the corridors, which look a bit worn. I also felt the absence of a proper shared living room where guests or families could spend time together, chat, or play games. Currently, the only alternative is a small common room with a few toys, but it’s filled with outdated office furniture and feels somewhat abandoned rather than cozy. A simple refresh — rearranging the furniture, removing the old office pieces, and adding a few warm lamps — would greatly improve the comfort and usability of the space without requiring a large investment.

A lovely hotel for our short stay in Billund.
Pros:

Clean and well maintained rooms.
Comfortable beds.
Friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

The polished concrete flooring in the shower room can be slippery when it gets wet. A shower mat would be really useful.

Аб’ект у цэнтры горада, побач шмат крамаў, дзе можна купіць прадукты. Аўтавакзал побач. Персанал ветлівы. Усе супрацоўніцы рэцэпцыі былі вельмі мілымі. Асобная падзяка жанчыне, якая параіла выбіраць пры аплаце карткай кроны - гэта насамрэч эканомна! Сняданак смачны. Ложкі вельмі добрыя і ўтульныя. Душ цёплы і зручны. Мыла, шампунь, палатэнцы- усё выдатнай якасці. Ёсць імбрык, гарбата, какава, кава, што надта зручна ❤️

Great hotel close to lego house.
Pros:

Great rooms and great staff.

Cons:

No usb chargers in room . I know its petty but had to go buy a charger if you stay please take a european adaptor because there loads of sockets just no usb or c sockets.
