location is double bay is excellent, but that is about it.

Cons:

VERY tired and run down. Ladders in hallways, big towels bins right outside the lift, holes in the walls near my room, carpet horrible. It really is a very poor hotel for what I paid - I was VERY surprised how bad it was. I assumed it would be nice being in double bay and that price. I've stayed in better motels in country towns.

Bad experience but reception was nice to get me a refund though.

Cons:

Mouldy and dirty bathroom with bandaids left… Bed bugs in sheets. Had to leave immediately

A brilliant hotel with incredible value. Much prefer this than the Intercontinental at Double Bay
Pros:

Easy to get to the hotel from the city and so close to all the shops in Double Bay. The hotel is always clean and organized with functional rooms that are super comfortable.

Pros:

Location was spot on for our mini break in Sydney. The cafe, shops, restaurants were just fabulous.

Cons:

We had booked a Superior Double Room with Courtyard View expecting to have a small balcony with a courtyard view. We didn't have a small balcony or a courtyard view. Very disappointing. The "courtyard" was an exposed balcony between rooms! Our view was over the main street. In addition the facilities showed to have a seating area, the way it has been written I was expecting this to be inside the room, alas it was not.

Pros:

Alors , l'Hotels est idéalement situé , commerces , restaurants aux alentours , le ferry qui vous emmène à Circular quais en moins de 20mm. Le personnel a l'écoute et l'accueil .

Cons:

Le frigo qui congèle se que vous mettez dedans .

Great location, comfortable room with good communal area if you require a bit more space.
Pros:

Location was excellent. On street parking free between 6pm - 9am. Room was clean and comfortable. Safe.

For the price, not much.
