Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Convenient location for us and what we had planned for the weekend. Bed was firm ( and no dip in the middle) and the shower was really good. No noise from the street and we weren’t disturbed by other guests at all..

Location was great - near shops etc.
relatively close to town. very close to double bay / harbour.

Cons:

Room smelt musty - like stale water. We were on the atrium and the noise from other visitors in the morning was super annoying. quite a few parts of the atrium were leaking in only mild rain.

pillows were either too full or not full enough.

Cons:

There was a dead cockroach on the windowsill upon arrival, the desk chair was covered in a crusty substance, and there was an extra pillow in the cupboard that had blood stains and make up on the pillow case. Needless to say, I don’t think that cleanliness is very important to this hotel.

Needs a lot of repairs, the hotel is literally held together by duct tape.

There is no where to park for 5 minutes to unload.

There was no breakfast; the location was good

Cons:

Very run down. laundry and card board boxes left in the hallways. Staff not very friendly. Bathroom was dirty when we first arrived. Moldy smell in rooms
