Guests under the age of 16 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests under 18 should have parental permission if not accompanied by parents and can only be accommodated in private rooms, not in shared dormitories.

Posizione e il fatto di poter dare colazione in sede e letti comodissimi.
Ascensore rotto , credo da diverso tempo e noi al 5 piano. Penso che per un disagio simile si poteva almeno proporre uno sconto.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, está justo a la mitad de la Royal Mile así que tienes todo cerca. Pasé 4 noches y estuve yo sola en una habitación de 6 personas, menos el último día. Hicieron caso a mi petición de darme una litera inferior (les mandé un mensaje a la hora de hacer la reserva). Las instalaciones están bien en general, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un edificio antiguo. La zona del bar está muy guay para socializar, hacen actividades todos los días. Hay disponible una cocina completa si necesitas calentar algo, se pide la llave en recepción. El check-in y checkout son muy fáciles, el personal súper amable. Muy recomendable todo en general.
No me gustó que me pusieron en el piso 5 y el ascensor no funcionaba (junio 2026), lo que significaba subir y bajar todos los días muchas escaleras. Lo compensaron dejándome sola casi toda mi estancia (normal, nadie querría subir tantos pisos a pie después de un día de tustisteo!). El habitáculo de la ducha es súper pequeño, apenas 2 metros cuadrados que no te alcanzan ni siquiera para abrir la puerta de la ducha (tienes que abrirla con la puerta general abierta); al estar yo sola no había problema, pero, si hubiese tenido que compartir más días, sé que habría sido muy incómodo.
Nepovlečené postele, neskutečný hluk z baru, personál kterému je to jedno a řekne že to je standard a že se s tím teda příště pokusí něco udělat… Prostě jim je to absolutně jedno a vy je jen otravujete…
Emplacement parfait, accueil parfait
Emplacement centre ville ancienne, proche de la gare, des pubs et restaurants, on peut tout faire à pieds. Le personnel de réception est très aimable, les chambres propres bien que petites. Plutôt une chambre d'étape pour une nuit lors d'un passage à Edimburgh, je ne resterais pas plus. Avantage, le prix raisonnable pour cette ville, très chère. C'est pourquoi il y beaucoup de jeunes, ce qui ne correspond pas vraiment à ma situation.
L'hôtel est plutôt fait pour des jeunes adultes ou des groupes d'étudiants, il y a un bar dans la cour et c'est bruyant. La salle de petit déjeuner n'est pas très clean et le petit dej un peu restreint, mais le café est bon. Je n'ai pas aimé la douche et wc séparés du lavabo dans l'entrée, bizarre.
La posizione in pieno old town
Facendo check in fino a tardi, mi sono entrate 2 ragazze in camera oltre mezzanotte. Non mi e' piaciuto e non risceglierei la camera condivisa. Non funzionava ascensore e per 3 gg ho fatto 5 piani a piedi

Había mucho ruido. Ascensor roto, máquina de café no admitía tarjeta, la limpieza muy justa
Location was good for exploring and staff were nice.
Lift not working had to carry cases up 4 flights of stairs and my mother who is disabled really struggled. Was out of service for the whole trip no sign of anyone fixing it. Our first room was dirty, hair everywhere, blood on sheets and bed frame had something spilled all over it. Second room was cleaner however the top bunk had not been cleaned in a long time found a bottle of ironbrew and so much dust. Wouldn't recommend for families at all.
Shower, bed, location.
The lift wasn't working, it was noisy even after 12:00 am. No halal meat options for Muslim.
It's quite a good well run hostel I've used it before. On reception was a lovely Nigerian lad who really helped me so much
I can only get in a bottom bunk bed I emailed when I booked, but nothing was arranged in the end I just took the first one I could find and told the staff, who were more than helpful, but had no way of identifying which bunks where where .
Zimmer und Bad darin waren wirklich OK. Dreckige Wände sind eher den Vorgängern geschuldet
Die Bar war sehr dreckig,der Boden klebte bei jedem Schritt und das Frühstück war sehr lieblos und recht dreckig und um 7:30 fehlten bereits einige Dinge komplett. Der Fahrstuhl war kaputt
La ubicación
No funcionaba el ascensor y tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras. Check out demasiado temprano a las 10 hs. Además para llegar a la habitación tienes que primero bajar por las escaleras luego atravesar el bar y luego volver a subir las escaleras para llegar al piso de nuestra habitación. Laberíntico.
