Guests under the age of 16 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests under 18 should have parental permission if not accompanied by parents and can only be accommodated in private rooms, not in shared dormitories.

When a booking is made for more than 9 people per reservation, different payment and cancellation policies may apply. The hotel will contact you after booking with more information.

Cons:

1. Que por mail me digan un precio y al llegar al alojamiento me cobrasen más aún después de haberles mostrado el email con el precio acordado. Me dijeron que no era su problema, que era mío y me aguantase.
2. Que la ventana no se pudiera abrir.

La proximité du Royal Mile

Cons:

Bruyant mais c’est un hostel… Nous avions demandé également un early check-in qui nous a été promis pour 11h, mais arrivé à 11h cela n’avait pas été programmé. En compensation un autre employé, qui s’est confondu en excuses pour son collègue qui n’avait pas fait le nécessaire, nous a offert des consommations au bar.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable.

Onze kamer lag aan de binnenplaats waar iedereen zat te drinken. Daardoor was er enorm veel geluidsoverlast op onze kamer.

Location is great

Cons:

The room was very hot i.e. Way over 30 degrees. My son and I were sick due to that. When requesting to change rooms for one with AC we were told no. The fans did not work.
Also, there was very loud noise until 2am. I would avoid this hotel/hostel in the future

Good location, remember to ask for your B-fast QR code
Pros:

The location was really nice, we were in the old town and walking distance. I liked the breakfast that was provided.

Cons:

I was questioned by a staff member on whether I had purchased breakfast (no other guests in the room have been asked). I feel if the staff does not trust they should ask for the QR code they provided (which I had with me), I feel it would have been a more professional approach then simply questioning me in front of the other guests in that manner.
I also had to ask about the breakfast - had I not asked I would not have received the QR code we needed - the check in staff did not mention it to me, I needed to inquire.

Overall good experience at this hostel.

Habitación pequeña, no cabía ni el ventilador.
la ventana daba al patio-terraza del bar y había mucho ruido y se escuchaba la gente hablando y chillando por la noche.
Tuvimos que ponernos nosotros las sábanas en las literas.
Paredes sucias.
