Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Limpeza ótima. Embora às instalações já sejam antigas e nalguns locais precisem de manutenção e os quartos um bocadinho antigos, a limpeza, a atenção dos funcionários, o pequeno almoço ótimo, supera as pequenas coisas menos boas. O SPA ótimo, pena os hóspedes fazerem muito barulho ao dirigirem se às piscinas, no corredor e ouve-se tudo na sala de massagens. Mas no geral foi um fim semana muito bom, gostámos muito.

O pequeno-almoço não tinha diversidade de iogurtes, apenas uma taça grande com iogurte natural.
O pior foi acordar de manhã e ver a cama cheia de manchas e percebermos que eram percevejos! Fomos à receção informar o sucedido e apenas recebemos um pedido de desculpas superficial, sem qualquer solução ou compensação. Era suposto ser um fim de semana de descanso e recuperação, mas acabámos por regressar a casa com uma mala cheia de roupa para lavar e com o receio de termos trazido esta praga connosco. Atenção ao quarto 700.
