We will stay at this hotel again and are happy to recommend it.
Pros:

The room was better than expected, although small tidy and adequate for our needs. The restaurant focussed on tapas and was very popular with locals. The breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

There was no comfortable chair in the room.

Buenas habitaciones aunque mal insonorizadas
Pros:

Habitación de buen tamaño y aspecto, muy completa para la categoría.

Cons:

Las habitaciones podrían estar mejor insonorizadas. Se oye la ducha de al lado, el zumbido de un móvil en otra habitación, voces en el pasillo... La recepción suele estar desasistida: al llegar tardé varios minutos en ser atendido, al marcharme no había nadie en la recepción y por la noche cierran la puerta y no vale con llamar al timbre, sino que tienes que llamar a un número de teléfono para que te abran.

Ok for a stop over
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful

The room was spotless

Good location for a stopover to Santander for the ferry

Cons:

The breakfast was probably the worse I have had in a hotel . Very limited.

No kettle in the room

The parking was very tight . Also every time you need to go to the car you have to get a key from reception to make the lift go to the garage. It's the only way to get to the garage , there are no stairs

Olor fuerte a tabaco en habitación
Pros:

Instalaciones. Limpieza. Hay calefacción. Baño muy cómodo y súperlimpio.

Cons:

En mi habitación olia muchísimo a tabaco. Yo acudía a la recepción para que me ofrecieran la resolución del problema. Elena era muy amable, pero lo único que me podía ofrecer era abrir la ventana por un tiempo y poner un ambientador después. Al final dejé la ventana abierta y salí a dar un paseo.
A pesar de las medidas aplicadas el olor no cedía y era tan fuerte que yo me desperté por la noche y tenía que abrir la ventana y dormir con la ventana abierta.
