Important information:

The hotel is located in the Schlern wildlife park. According to Italian law the use of cars in the wildlife park is forbidden. You are however allowed to access the hotel with a permit which you can get at the St. Valentin forestry office on the road 6.2 mi from the hotel, between 09:00 and 17:00. Outside their opening hours, you can get your permit directly at the hotel.

The permit allows you
- to access the Schlern wildlife park at all times on the day of arrival and departure.
- to use your car in the wildlife park between 17:00 and 10:00 during the rest of your stay
- to park at the hotel's parking space.

Please note that snow chains are recommended in winter.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pretty good stay, we might come back, hopefully hotel can host special events with attention.

The room we paid for is a suite and it is super nice.

Cons:

Kitchen food quality and selection is not meeting our standard. As we paid 650 USD per night. Vegitables dishes are not a lot.

We are here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the hotel knew it was before our arrival. But we don't see anything they prepared for us. A bunch of flower, a birthday cake, and birthday card, no, all no. That is a little bit unacceptable, as we stayed many other properties right after, as comparison, ICARO is the worst for this part.
