Gutes Hotel in herausragender Lage
Pros:

Herausragende Lage mit Blick auf das Nonnental und das Bergpanorama von Madeira. Wir haben den Spabereich mit Aussicht sehr genossen.

Cons:

Kaum vegetarische Optionen beim Essen. Suppe war extrem scharf, Eis mit Ouzo flambiert, was niemanden am Tisch geschmeckt hat.

Wygodne łóżko, super widok, przestronna łazienka. Przemiły personel. Basen płytki, ale można było się zrelaksować. Super jacuzzi ❤️ Po całym dniu wędrówki naprawdę miło było skorzystać

Na śniadanie zabrakło mi trochę warzyw, ale znalazłam inne rzeczy, które były ok. Basen mógłby być czynny do 20

Disappointing experience referring to staff and prices
Pros:

The hotel is located at a breathtaking place. The idea to offer SpA makes clients believe of a high-quality Hotel.

Cons:

Staff at the reception was a very helpful and proactively supporting the customer. In contrast at the bar and also in the restaurant, the service staff was of low quality and lacking professionality.
If a Hotel is calling itself a spa hotel and is charging a price for it, then I am expecting that spa equipment can be used without any further charges.
Prices for food and drinks are 20% to 25% higher than a normal regions. With the pool quality of service this extra price is not acceptable.

Room with a view
Pros:

The views from the balcony were amazing! The staff were really nice and helpful and the onsite shop was an added bonus. The spa facilities were an added bonus, the hot tub was a welcome stop after a long day walking.

Cons:

The restaurant was expensive and not fantastic quality food in the evening. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were a little tired, ours had a dodgy broken toilet seat.

Cons:

As senhoras das limpezas entraram por 2 vezes no quarto, connosco lá dentro. Achei uma falta de respeito entrarem por lá dentro, quando eu disse que claramente ia fazer o check out ao 12h.
