La vue de l’hôtel était magnifique, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel. La chambre était très agréable avec un grand lit, un frigo et un véranda avec une table et un petit canapé vue sur les montagnes. La salle de sport et l’espace détente ont aussi une vue magnifique ! Je recommande

Cet hôtel a très mal vieilli et n'est certainement plus à recommander.
The views into the valley are stunning. It is really secluded in the top of the mountains with Curral de freías only a short drive or a 45 min hike down where there are restaurants etc.
The restaurant is convenient and the food was good but not incredible.
The staff were lovely and the shop/cafe on site was also a nice touch.
Whilst the beds were comfortable our room was directly below the restaurant and bar and the rooms are not very soundproof so we had disturbed sleep when people were moving chairs etc.
Os funcionários são bastante acolhedores e simpáticos, sempre disponiveis para nos ajudar. A localização, apesar de no topo da montanha, é incrivel, pois as vistas são de cortar a respiração. A zona da piscina e spa está bem equipada, também com vistas sobre o vale. Os quartos são bastante limpos e espaçosos. Fizemos duas refições ao jantar no hotel e a comida estava bastante boa e o preço não é exurbitante.
A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o pequeno almoço, que era razoável mas poderia ter mais variedade, e a localização das diferentes mesas do buffet deveria ser noutra zona, pois está imediatamente depois da porta da entrada para a sala e faz com que nos estejamos a servir e ao mesmo tempo a desviarmo-nos de quem entra, e vice versa.
Ambiente o kuarto excelente o pekeno almoço excelente com MTS variedades

Hotel wymagałby renowacji ale nadal jest funkcjonalny. Szkoda że spa jest jedynie do godziny 19.00, chętnie skorzystaliśmy po przyjściu z wędrówek . Sauna w cenie 10 euro / osobę ale nie zapewnia wyłączności
A sauna e o banho turco tem um custo adicional de 10€ por pessoa. Sendo que na piscina estavam várias pessoas, todas iam usufruir do benefício. Não acho correto.
Very much enjoyed our 1 night here. Huge room, one double bed and two single beds in a smaller separate room, lots of space for all our stuff, good powerful and hot shower (both rainfall and wall shower options).
Amazing views from the room balcony, from the restaurant, the short walk up to the view point, from the small outdoor cafe, sitting with a Poncha.
This was a very relaxing stay and very quiet, not many people after 6pm when the tourist coaches stop, not that they really bother you because rooms look out to the other side so you only see people on the walk up to the viewpoint and cafe. Didn't try the spa so can't comment. Managed to park lots of space. The drive up is fun or scary depending on your disposition, bendy roads, lots of traffic, steep drops, potholes.
The double bed had a very firm mattress, too firm for me since I like a memory foam softer mattress. Moved to the twin bed which had a much softer mattress and was very comfortable.
Très bel hôtel avec une chambre spacieuse, une vue incroyable et une piscine magnifique. Le personnel à l’accueil est très accueillant, parle français et reste disponible tout au long du séjour.
Le restaurant est une grosse déception : service peu professionnel, personnel peu informé, aucune carte de boissons et des prix élevés pour une qualité qui ne suit pas. Egalement le personnel de ménage attendant devant la porte à l’heure du check-out, ce qui donne l’impression d’être mis dehors.
Absolut einmalige Lage, rundum nur Natur. Anreise über örtlich übliche schmale, teils sehr enge und steile Straße - die nahe gelegene Verbindungsstraße zum Pico Arieieo ist nur für geübte Autofahrer, dann aber ein absolutes Highlight
Das angebotene Spa/Wellnessbereich ist , sowie das Hotel gesamt, schon etwas älter, und die eine oder andere Neugestaltung/Renovierung könnte nicht schaden. Trotz anderer Rezessionen hat uns das Frühstück gut geschmeckt - war alles ausreichend da

Je vous déconseille vivement de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous y avons très mal mangé et pour un tarif élevé. Surtout si on fait un rapport qualité/prix.

De kamer is ruim en met groot balkon met uitzicht over het dal en de bergen. Er is een klein zwembad met whirlpool en voldoende ligbedjes. Overigens is de sauna alleen tegen een toeslag… Er is een gym (geen gebruik van gemaakt). Ontbijt is gevarieerd, koffie matig.
Personeel is kortaf, weinig toeschietelijk en rigide in het hanteren van regels. Zo kwamen we in de ochtend terug van een wandelingetje en vroegen we om 07.40 om een kopje koffie uit de machine voor op onze kamer. Dat werd ons geweigerd, daar het ontbijt pas om 08.00 uur zou beginnen. Wij vonden dat vreemd daar wij eerder een gezin om 06.50 al zagen ontbijten toen wij weggingen voor onze wandeling. Reactie; ‘maar zij hebben een vroeg ontbijt’.
De voordeur zit op slot in de nacht/ochtend en moet met een sleutel worden opengemaakt. Hiervoor moet de conciërge aanwezig zijn. Toen wij iets voor 7 naar buiten wilden, moesten we op zoek en trof mijn partner hem al wassend ergens achterin het restaurant. Dat geeft een ongemakkelijk gevoel, zowel aan ons als aan deze medewerker lijkt me.
Het avondeten vonden we (zeer) beneden de maat. De kipspies van 17,50 euro was niets meer dan enkele gekookte in barbequesaus gedrenkte kippenpoten, aan een spies. Terwijl open vuur onderdeel is van de keuken. Dit voelde voor ons wat misleidend en wij vroegen ons af wanneer dit dan wel gebruikt wordt.
De sfeer in het hotel over het geheel genomen is wat kil en we konden niet goed de vinger erop leggen waar dat mee te maken heeft. We voelden ons niet erg welkom en enigszins beperkt in ons doen en laten.

Des travaux bruyants juste à côté de notre chambre le deuxième jour!
Le petit déjeuner bon et copieux manquait un peu de choix avec des produits de qualité moyenne.
