Pros:

Agradável. Sítio calmo para relaxar.

Cons:

As senhoras das limpezas entraram por 2 vezes no quarto, connosco lá dentro. Achei uma falta de respeito entrarem por lá dentro, quando eu disse que claramente ia fazer o check out ao 12h.

Pros:

Der Ausblick in das Nonnental ist ein Traum.
Das Zimmer hat eine Art von Wintergarten, wo man herrlich ins Tal schaut. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Restaurant und Cafe recht teuer. Beim einchecken wurde einem die Reservierung für das Restaurant quasi aufgequatscht, um dann festzustellen, man ist mit vier weiteren Gästen alleine in dem großen Saal.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut, lieblos und nicht abwechslungsreich und vor allem immer kalt (Spiegelei, Rührei,...)
Die Sauna ist leider kostenpflichtig (10 Euro). Ich hab mir unter SPA ein entsprechendes Ambiente vorgestellt, das ist nicht der Fall. Da macht Sauna auch kein Spaß. Das Schwimmbad ist ok, der Fitnessraum auch. Ich hatte nach dem baden immer ein wenig Hautirritationen, so dass ich es dann sein gelassen habe.
Der Standort ist eher ungünstig, um Aktivitäten zu unternehmen. Würde ich nicht nochmal auswählen bzw. eine deutlich kürzere Aufenthaltsdauer wählen.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely breakfast with alot of choice.
Very clean rooms cleaned daily. Clean hotel and restaurant.
Location is amazing.

Cons:

There was noise coming from the restaurant downstairs in our room....as we were above it!

Hotel with phenomenal views, but not great to stay at
Pros:

The hotel is located next to Eira Do Serrado viewpoint and offers absolutely breathtaking view of the Nun’s Valley. It has tremendous potential to be a fantastic resort, but is very run down/ dated

Cons:

The service was minimal at best! Not what you’d expect from 4 star resort! No water in the room or at reception, no coffee in the room, no toiletries other than plastic soap dispenser on the wall.
The property is dated, the spa facilities are uninviting!
We are traveling as a couple, we’re given a room with the crib, double bed and two twin beds!
The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, we couldn’t get any sleep two nights we stayed there!
The breakfast was very minimal. Very disappointed!

It is very, very early. It is the time when you come back from trails/activities outside of the hotel, you are expecting to go swimming or to have a dinner but no.

I’d expect to have pool working at least until 21:00 and bar/restaurant (or at least bar) up to 22:00.

A vista maravilhosa, o
Pros:

A vista é maravilhosa, quarto super confortável.

Cons:

Café da manhã horrível, produtos velhos, pão duro, pastries velhos e jogados numa bandeja, queijo e presunto com as pontas duras e retorcidas de tão velhos, café fraco e morno, frutas murchas. Piscina com água fria, restaurante escuro e frio. Tem uma loja que vende de tudo que é coisa, dando ao lugar um aspecto decadente, onde param hordas de turistas, aos quais são destinados os pastries novos. Já deve ter sido um hotel spa bom, mas atualmente tirando a vista maravilhosa, não vale o investimento.
