Pros:

The location was great. We stayed in the three bedroom river and ocean view. I had low expectations based on other reviews, so I expected the dated apartment. Considering its age, it was kept very clean and comfortable. A few minor upgrades would really go along way to make this place amazing.

Its a very nice place for short stayz, after 4 days was ready to come home
Pros:

B'fast wasnt included in the stay. We took our own food, but plenty of cafes and eateries around. Shopping centre was only 10min walk. Close to most vicinities beach bars cafes etc. Only used our vehicle once while we were there, to go Coolum. Very nice unit. Clean tidy comfy spacious

Cons:

The only downfall was we were on a corner unit. The only view was the back of a carpark, entrance of the driveway and view of the hotel beside us reception and it was quite noisey

Pros:

The couch in the lounge needs replacing foam cushions have lost there support . Inside frige door is broken.
Needs a small coffee table in front of couch to put your coffee or tea on
Floors need cleaning . My wife walk around in white socks and they were filthy are just one day
