Я заказал номер 25 февраля и отель подтвердил мне бронирование с 01 по 05 марта. Затем 01 марта я получаю сообщение от отеля, что у них нет свободных мест и они не могут меня разместить.

В целом хороший и уютный отель для транзитных путешественников.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение. Рядом супермаркеты, рестораны. Есть рядом отличный круглосуточный итальянский ресторан. До аэропорта на общественном транспорте 15 минут.
Очень приветливый и ответственный персонал.
Чисто в номерах.

Cons:

1. При бронировании необходимо уточнять, чтобы вас поселили именно в этот отель. Часто без предупреждения селят в другой отель на другом конце города. Я раз отменял бронь из-за этого.
2. В нашем номере не было розетки возле большой кровати. На весь номер только одна удобная розетка.
3. Плохой слив в душе.
4. Нет своей парковки.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it is close to the airport. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel has neither a ramp nor an elevator, which made it extremely difficult to reach our room with a heavy suitcase. In addition, the bedding — including the sheets, blanket, and pillows — felt very old and uncomfortable. Our overall impression of the stay would have been much more pleasant if these items had been newer and of better quality.

Pros:

Місце розташування готелю: кілька зупинок від аеропорту, прямо на зупинці. Поряд безліч магазинів, цілодобова траторія, банки.
Для ночівлі, коли тобі треба дочекатись літака - норм і дешевше на багато інших варіантів.
Персонал викликає таксі до аеропорту - водій забрав мій багаж прямо з номеру.

Cons:

Не було чайника, але можна зробити чай, каву біля рецепції за додаткову плату.
Мій номер виходив на центральну дорогу, то було шумновато. Але є можливість закрити вікна і увімкнути кондиціонер.
Не працював телевізор, приставка дуже старенька, пульти були досить засмальцьовані. Очікувала трішки кращого.
Загальні місця - норм. Номер маленький, але для ночівлі підійде
