perfect location. .mid price and has a great wine bar downstairs.. staff are very helpfull Anisha sorted out a problem with my.booking very quickly shes was great.

Don't waste your money
Pros:

Not a lot!

Cons:

Poor unclean room, terrible beds, no room attendant to restore the room, no lifts, extremely poor breakfast... would be better as just a restaurant and bar, which was pleasing.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Friendly barman
Comfortable bed
Nice bathroom
Lovely bar with great food.

Cons:

OK, so the rooms are a little dated but isn't that retro?!
A bit more choice for breakfast would be nice.

Really good location and very polite and kind staff ready to help.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, steps away from the city center and the train station.

Cons:

We had a problem with the Bathroom which got fixed later

Pros:

Very nice staff who changed the room to a lower floor because I couldn't take the stairs period that was very appreciated! However the bed itself was passed its prime and the springs were not right it was also cold and didn't heat up until nearly midnight period I left my coat on period but if you're in a budget I think it's a good choice period also the restaurant is Indian food that was delicious despite it being a bit expensive period

Being cared for it with my suitcase etc and getting a different room that was more suitable for my needs period

So peaceful
Pros:

Even though it was on the main road, it wasn’t loud with traffic noise. The staff were super helpful and my room was divine. It had the bath of dreams!

Cons:

So many stairs 😂
