Room was quaint, Breakfast was good
Check in on a Sunday
Location was good for us. It had a nice interesting dining room. The food was nice and seemed to be cooked fresh.
It had very bad mould in our bathroom and the whole room needed a deep clean it had lots of grime, cobwebs and thick dust. Also said included bathrobes and slippers when I asked about them as we wanted to use them to go to the pool, I was told they had stopped providing them 2 years ago. Sauna would be nice if it receives some maintenance, I could put my hands through gaps in its walls so it didn’t get a good heat.

The walk way to the back garden was not cleared or clean. Felt like the back of a hotel guest are not allowed. Same hall way to back garden had cobwebs and needed a good clean.
The was an unfortunate sewerage smell in the hall way to back garden that lingered to staircase to upstairs rooms.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. A quirky and olde world place with narrow staircases and low ceilings as you would expect in a building of that age. My room was spacious with a four poster bed but it had been set up for a wedding anniversary with a banner and petals on the bed which made me giggle as it was only my birthday. The bathroom was a little tired, but clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice on the cooked breakfast plus a small selection of cereals, pastries and yoghourt. They also catered for other dietary needs if requested. We found a couple of pubs within walking distance where we were happily welcomed by the locals.
The room was a bit hot even though there was no heating on and we had to keep all of the windows open.
Beautiful environment , staff were attentive helpful and polite, food was of a good standard , very peaceful

Nothing stood out in terms of positives - nice village location
Bathroom light did not work - had to shower in the dark. Bed was more of a hammock. Service was generally poor - I went to the bar at 18:50 for a glass of wine pre-dinner - no one in the bar to serve, then popped my head into reception, asked for service - the person asked if I had a dinner reservation - I said 'yes', at 19:00. He responded that "you shouldn't be late for dinner, so please go through", so I foresook my glass of wine in the bar and went into the restaurant. Which was empty bar two other diners. You couldn't make it up really.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't available due to a wedding on the day. Although that is understandable it would have been nice to know the restaurant wasn't available when we booked. Additionally we were sent repeated reminders to book the restaurant through booking.com even after it was realised it wasn't available. Apart from that, all okay
Great location - nice looking dining area - and pool looked nice although did not use
The room had secondary glazing which made it difficult to fully open the windows - although a fan was thankfully provided. Decor was very dark , which befits its age. On a Sunday the outer doors were locked by 7pm when we got back - felt a wee bit abandoned .

Quaint and quirky building lovely staff
A bit worn tired and dusty in places
An excellent stay from start to finish. A very warm welcome from Callum who checked us in. Sam and CJ looked after us at breakfast and the two lovely house keeping girls (sorry didn't get your names) ensured our room was kept up to a great standard throughout our stay.
Would wholly recommend staying at the Angmering Manor Hotel.
