Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, kann ich gut weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Auskunft, allgem. Personal.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und vor allem das Hundezimmer meiner Kids war genial ausgestattet. Wow! Gerne wieder, wenn wir diesen Ort besuchen. Herzlichen Dank

Cons:

Wir waren 9 Personen dort und nicht alle wollten Frühstücken.
Denen die nicht frühstücken wollten, war nicht einmal einen Kaffe erlaubt. Das fanden wir schwach, denn wenn 5 Personen zu diesem Preis frühstücken, wären drei Kaffees auch extra locker zu berechnen gewesen. Das hinterliess einen Schatten, schade, denn sonst war das Hotel sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Unterkünfte wiesen eine unangenehme Geruchsbelastung durch Feuchtigkeit und Tierrückstände auf, was auch unter Berücksichtigung der hundefreundlichen Ausrichtung inakzeptabel ist. Zudem ist die Kopplung des Kaffeeausschanks an das kostenpflichtige Frühstücksbuffet in Höhe von 19 Euro nicht kundenorientiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt unzureichend, da vergleichbare Budget-Ketten ein deutlich attraktiveres Gesamtpaket zu einem niedrigeren Preis anbieten.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Cons:

Das unfreundliche Personal. Es war viel zu heiß im Zimmer. Bei Nachfrage hieß es wir sollen lüften.
Es sind niemals 4 Sterne. Renovierung wäre nötig.

Pros:

Sauna was a nice touch, but you had to ask to get it turned on which could take time.

Cons:

Two single beds pushed together AGAIN !!, when I had booked a double bed, not twin !!
Expensive.
When I wanted to stay an extra night, I was told it was fully booked, which it wasn't and then had to check out and in again and move to a much smaller room for more money.

Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht im ACHAT Hotel Bad Dürkheim und insqesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Lage ist sehr praktisch und der Aufenthalt war angenehm und unkompliziert. Auch das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis hat für uns gepasst.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt für uns ist der viele Teppichboden, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den allgemeinen Bereichen. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache, wirkt für uns aber etwas weniger modern und hygienisch als andere Bodenbeläge.

Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen
