מיקום ושירות טובים. נדרש שיפוץ מיידי נדרש. מ לא ווא

הנוף מושלם- בסופו של דבר לא נשארנו ! עזבנו בשל תחזוקה לא הכי הכי. ריהוט מאוד בלה, עייף, לא לזה ציפינו, אבל ראוי לציון שהפקיד מייד הביע רצון טוב והם הסכימו לביטול ללא עלות. המסדרונות והחדרים חייבים שיפוץ גדול. בשאר המלון לא היינו#: מייד חזרנו - הביתה- עם אכזבה .

Cons:

הכל דורש שיפוץ והחלפה.
ריהוט מאוד ישן ובלוי- ריצופ הפרקט אלימינציה ושבור.
הקש על הקירות. העיצוב של החדר קר ונדוש.מרפסת סתמית.

עם קצת יחס וצומת לב, השהייה היתה יכולה להיות מצויינת

יחס של הצוות
לא חזרו אליי בנוגע לספא ולמרות ששלחתי כמה ימים לפני הודעה.
בסופו של דבר לא הצלחנו להשיג מקום בספא
מיקום החדר וזאת למרות שאמרו שבמיקום שקט, היינו במרכז הרעש של כל הילדים

חדר נהדר אך יקר
Pros:

המיקום על צלע ההר נהדר ומביא איתו נוף מהמם של הכנרת. החדר עצמו מרווח והמתקנים בו מצוינים.

Cons:

הטלוויזיה קצת מיושנת לצפייתי, היה לי מוזר שבתמורה לכל כך הרבה כסף אין Smart TV. חוץ מזה, למרות שהחדרים הטובים ביותר הם עדיין עולים הון ביחס לתמורה שמקבלים, במיוחד ללילה אחד.
