Pros:

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful. It’s been a long time trying to help me book an Uber, but I was having problems with my United States phone number. He even let me use his phone number temporarily to try to book the Uber, but it just did not work. He did try though.

Très pratique d'accès, bon rapport qualité prix et ambiance très sympathique.

Très pratique d'accès au pied de la gare Lyon Perrache et pourtant très calme ; j'ai beaucoup apprécié la déco "ferroviaire" très soignée et la propreté/l'atmosphère de l'hôtel, en plus d'un personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien à améliorer !

Pros:

The staff (in particular Loris). Very friendly & helpful. Central location.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny & the plastic curtain stuck to your body; no room to wash yourself. Very small.

Voilà un hôtel à taille humaine avec un personnel super accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Son emplacement est génial pour aller manger à la Brasserie Georges et pour prendre le métro ou le Tram. Excellent pour une nuit pendant un weekend
