It was a very nice experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The beach was also very nice. The only thing I found annoying was that you need a card to use the shower at the beach. I felt this was a bit inconvenient.

Cons:

I'd prefer it if they also had a restaurant.

Pros:

Next to the sea but could. It access the beach from the hotel. Breakfast very good

Cons:

Beach not accessible from the hotel and did not open until and then had to leave hotel to pay to go on beach through seperate entry

Pros:

Circa ogni 2-3 mesi sono in trasferta a Latina per lavoro. Mi sono sempre appoggiato a questa struttura. A Latina per me è la scelta migliore. La posizione è comoda, lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

The hotel is nice, staff is very helpful. The room was small, but clean, A/C worked without any issues, wifi was also good. The breakfasts were ok, but there was no change during the whole stay (9 days). The beach is clean.

Cons:

Sunbeds and umbrellas on beach are paid extra, especially 30 EUR / day/ for 1 umbrella during August weekend was excessive. The shower was quite small

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Right by the beach with a beautiful view, parking close by, super nice and helpful staff, great dinner experience next door. Everything we needed!

Cons:

Breakfast and coffee area was very humid, no AC there, but definitely would make the experience for vacationers and staff better.
Other than that truly no complaints, we had a very nice stay!
