Fine for a couple of nights due to the great location but this is very basic accommodation.
Pros:

The location is great. Directly opposite the rail and bus station and very close to the main shopping area.

Cons:

Reception area is okay but after that it’s a climb up a staircase covered in worn brown carpet. There are two further flights of stairs with wood flooring. The appearance is dark and unappealing. The bedroom was large with plenty of storage, but the lighting was inadequate. The included breakfast was very basic. Nice pastries but cooked elements of the were bacon lardons, over-cooked baked eggs and tiny sausages.

Value for money, great location, clean room.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel is in a very ideal location. Also, the fact that the hotel kitchen is open until 11 pm is also valuable to me. Additionally, I liked that there was an alternative entrance door for late arrivals. Also, I was pleased that the room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

I didn't like the smell of food inside the hotel. Also, the noise from outside bothered me.

Goed bevallen, en Leuven is een leuke stad om te bezoeken.
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima, en personeel was erg attent. Niets op aan te merken.

Cons:

Het was nogal lawaaierig, doordat we vlakbij het station van Leuven sliepen.

Cigarette stinky rooms near station
Pros:

Location next to train station and walking distance from center. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Entrance cramped. Dirty stairs. No lift. No help with suitcases.
Stinky rooms smell like cigarettes.

Central, compact, comfortable but bijou and s bit tired looking.
Pros:

Central, close to covered secure parking, 40 m away from very good breakfast in nice surroundings.

Cons:

Initial image was it was ‘tired’ entrance was just a door into a very small lobby with stairs to upper floors. Stair carpet really needs to be changed and it was noisy outside in the morning, but I was aware of that.
