Personal muy amable y vistas hermosas
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. Nuestra bebé se enfermó y fueron muy atentos siempre con nosotros tratando de ayudarnos. La vista desde el desayunador es muy linda y el desayuno está muy bien. La comida del restaurante también muy rica.

Pros:

The location is perfect to have daily trips in the area. The villa's garden, restaurant and breakfast is really amazing.
The hotel staff is really professional, helpful and kind.

I highly recommend this place to start discovering northern Tuscany.

Cons:

For chilly evenings it would be suggested to have some heating bodies (with infra) in the garden sitting area. As the garden is so beautiful, it would be cozy to spend the colder evening at the terrace.

Pros:

The location is beautiful and serene, and the hotel interior is so elegant! Often places don’t live up to the pictures but this one does not disappoint! We only wish we had spent more time here.

Cons:

My partner was surprised at the amount of traffic noise at night in such a remote settlement.

Excellent stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It has a wonderful, elegant atmosphere, and the staff are exceptional at anticipating guests’ needs. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed every meal! Overall, an excellent stay that we’d gladly repeat.

Cons:

My only recommendation would be to provide separate pool towels. Although our room towels were lovely and replaced daily, if you showered in the morning, you had to bring a damp towel to the pool area. If pool towels were available, this wasn’t clearly communicated.
