Pros:

Excellent stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It has a wonderful, elegant atmosphere, and the staff are exceptional at anticipating guests’ needs. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed every meal! Overall, an excellent stay that we’d gladly repeat.

Cons:

My only recommendation would be to provide separate pool towels. Although our room towels were lovely and replaced daily, if you showered in the morning, you had to bring a damp towel to the pool area. If pool towels were available, this wasn’t clearly communicated.

The location was so isolated. Limited taxi service. It cost me a lot to travel to and from the place. I would have been better off in a central location with easy access to public transport

Cons:

Atitude menos cuidadosa de alguns funcionários do hotel, sempre no telemóvel e a fumar em frente dos hóspedes. Restaurante tem de ser muito melhor neste tipo de propriedade. Foi das piores refeições em Itália.

Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings
Pros:

Spacious room w/ balcony, beautiful well-kept grounds, delicious breakfast, friendly and accommodating personnel and (robots), centrally located and great for exploring the area. Having the parking on-site was also convenient.

Cons:

Cleaning person was visibly sick - heavily coughing the entire time while entering the rooms and hallway and was not wearing a face mask. Several days later I became sick despite myself taking precautionary measure such as wearing a mask in crowded places. I don't know whether I got sick from the cleaning person but I should not have needed to ponder if only the person and Villa Sabolini took basic precautionary measures such as having sick personnel wear a mask.

No screens on windows to prevent insects from entering the room.

Instructions on where to initially park while checking in could be a bit clearer.
