Pros:

Poloha hotelu poblíž lanovky, praktická lyžárna s vyhřívanými skříňkami. Hezké pokoje i ostatní veřejné prostory hotelu, cítili jsme se moc příjemně. Přátelský a ochotný personál, od recepce až po číšníky. Velice chutná italská kuchyně. Výborné podzemní parkoviště před hotelem.

Cons:

Při večeři jsme seděli s velkou skupinou asi 30-ti přátel kteří měli poměrně hlučné děti. Obsazenost hotelu a velikost restaurace umožňovala nás od této skupiny oddělit a zajistit tak příjemnější prostředí k jinak velice kvalitní kuchyni.

Pros:

Lounge bar e struttura in sé e personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la spa fosse aperta solo dalla 15.00 in poi, anche perché così facendo era sempre piena. In oltre anche se i minori non potrebbero avere accesso alla zona relax, così non è stato. La piscina è piuttosto piccola ed era piena di bambini che giovavano schizzando e urlando. Da segnalare che all’interno dell’Hotel faceva davvero troppo caldo. Soprattuto la sera a cena. Parcheggio solo a pagamento nei pressi della struttura.

Nel complesso è una bella struttura, in posizione strategica rispetto agli impianti di risalita, camera confortevole, pulita e staff cortese.

Cons:

Migliorerei la proposta del buffet serale, un po’ troppo scarno. Buona,invece, la qualità delle portate e la scelta del menu.

la réactivité lorsque nous avons voulu partir au bout de deux jours car le matelas n'était pas correct en accord avec la prestation dite et que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude dans la douche

par exemple au tarif que vous payez la semaine la bouteille d'eau d'accueil est facturée
Il est particulièrement rare de mal mangé en Italie, c'était le cas du restaurant - un seul essai

Posizione strategica, soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Personale cordiale, ottima pulizia della camera, buono il ristorante. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochissimi minuti a piedi le cabinovie Pradalago e 5 laghi, e a 2 min dalla piazzetta centrale del paese. SPA ben fatta e ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sugli sci.

Cons:

Il parcheggio andrebbe fornito come servizio gratuito anche in alta stagione, essendo la macchina l’unico modo per raggiungere madonna di campiglio. Ci vorrebbe servizio navetta per raggiungere le cabinovie più lontane, come spinale e gröste.

Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno mostrato varie camere disponibili. Spa piccolina ma mooolto carina, pulitissima e con poca gente alla volta. Il barista Massimo è stato fantastico, dovrebbero essere tutti così.

Cons:

Io adoro il caldo e non avere freddo in camera, ma forse faceva un po' troppo caldo persino per me.
Purtroppo unica cosa, nella nostra camera non andava il caminetto illuminato

We loved the trip and this hotel could be excellent but we feel we were misled and poorly treated
Pros:

It could be fantastic. It is v cosy very well located and some parts are exactly as needed and expected. It’s clean, good breakfast and located well in town near ski lifts.

Cons:

The description is not accurate. It is not ski in ski out. The room we booked via booking.com was a junior suite 38m with pictures to show facilities. We were given a far smaller room that is not a suite and not matching the pictures. Fireplace not working and v poor reaction when this was noted. Same happened to 3 members of our party. They blamed booking.com and then said they’d move us and claimed it was an upgrade! They didn’t charge but still a v disappointing experience and reaction. On departure I received no help with my cases and snow gear. I was told the staff were busy serving breakfast. Most of the staff tried hard but there are clearly management and mis-marketing issues

A great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities, let down by misleading room descriptions.
Pros:

I really liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities were good and well maintained, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. A special mention to the breakfast staff, who were always happy, joking, and made mornings a pleasure. The bar had a very relaxed atmosphere, with staff who were again friendly and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room I received did not match what I booked on Booking.com. I had reserved a Junior Suite but was told on arrival that I had been “upgraded” to a different room. The room I was given was a standard double, not a Junior Suite.
According to the Booking.com description, the Junior Suite should have included a fireplace, sofa bed, separate living area, and an overall size of around 38 m². The room I received had none of these features — no fireplace, no sofa bed, and no separate living area.
While the room itself was fine — new, clean, and comfortable — it was not what I had paid for. I raised this politely with the manager, but she was dismissive and repeatedly insisted the room was an upgrade, without acknowledging that it did not match the advertised Junior Suite. She was the only staff member I found to be unfriendly or unhelpful during my stay.
Additionally, the property was advertised as ski-in/ski-out on Booking.com, which it clearly was not. It is a short walk to the lifts, but not ski-in/ski-out as described.
This issue spoiled what would otherwise have been a 10/10 stay. My advice is to be careful, as what you book on Booking.com may not be what you receive.
