Pros:

Локация - все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, трамвайная линия прям под окнами, остановка трамвая Т1 в 200 метрах от отеля, вход в парк Гюльхане в 100 метрах. Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, все просьбы выполнялись оперативно. У нас была проблема, не могли найти молоко (казахи меня поймут😁, мы чай с молоком пьем), так как нет маркетов рядом - когда обратились с просьбой где можно купить молоко, нам предоставили бесплатно упаковку молока. В номере ежедневная уборка, ежедневный набор чай/кофе/сахар/0,5 л воды на человека. Отель не люксовый, конечно, но очень хорош для туристов - и в части локации, и в части сервиса, и в части чистоты. Посторонних запахов в номере не было. Завтраки хорошие, не сильно разнообразные но достаточно сытные и все свежее. Обящательно буду рекомендовать отель друзьям, и сама буду иметь в виду на будущие
поездки.

Locatie excelenta la 2 minute de Hagia Sofia, Moscheea Albastra si palatul Topkapî.
Camera foarte curata, curatenia se efectua zilnic. Personal foarte amabil.
Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare.

удобное расположение , основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом остановка. Сам номер интересный, но маленький, не хватало тумбочек , шкаф небольшой, чемоданы некуда убрать , номер чистый, воду приносили каждый день, есть чайник, чай, кофе в номере . Завтраки классические, наесться можно , есть кофе. Единственное, наше окно выходило в какую то стену и нам не хватало как будто кислорода и свежести в номере

صراحه جميل بحكم قربه من الحديقه وكذلك …قربه من كل المواقع الحيويه …وصراحه كان فيه موظفين محترمين المصري عمر..وكذلك السوري مهران وكانو في قمه الأخلاق وكذلك في الحرص على النزيل شو يقدمون له ..

Staff was very good and very cooperative.

Cons:

Hotel without lift, there is no access for Taxi, so you have to pull your bags across the stone uneven road in opposite side and located between 2 tram stations need 5 minutes walking, Hotel was old and we face leakage from the ceiling during the rain time also the breakfast was very limited and same repeated everyday.

Pros:

A hotel jó helyen van. Tiszta. Finom a reggeli. A szomszéd vendéglő a hotelhez tartozik. Finom volt a vacsi és 10% kedvezményt kaptunk,mint a hotel vendégei. A gránátalmatea isteni volt.
Barátságos a személyzet.
Mahran nagyon jó fej volt :)

Cons:

Egy dolog amin javítani lehetne, a reggelinél a kávé. Törökországban, Isztambulban az ember többet várna attól mint amit kaptunk :)

Pros:

Pequeño pero muy cómodo, personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron y cambiaron de habitación debido a un ruido en la calefacción. Desayuno muy bueno. Y te limpian, cambian las toallas si ven necesario y ordenan. Muy amable quien nos atendió. Un crack!

Отличный отель в самом центре Стамбула
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, уютный номер.
Переживали, что трамваи будут мешать спать, но нет, все в порядке.
Совсем не мешали, хотя их немного слышно.

Cons:

Завтраки слабоваты, но то, что было представлено было вкусно и мы находили, что съесть.
Рекомендация отелю - добавить на завтрак яичницу/омлет

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel from April 24 to April 29, and it left a very positive impression on us. From the first day, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The rooms are compact but comfortable, and not too small. Everything was clean, and housekeeping was done daily.

The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty.

The location is excellent — most major attractions are within walking distance. The tram stop is only a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient. There is also a beautiful nearby park, Gülhane Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Since the hotel is located in a tourist area, the cafes around are a bit pricey, but the food is very good.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed our experience at this hotel.

Inmejorable ubicación y buen trato.

La ubicación es inmejorable.
Buen trato y amabilidad del personal.
No es nada ruidoso.
Está muy limpio.

Good location, friendly staff but unpleasant stay

Cons:

The air con in my room is making screaming noise all night and I cannot sleep at all. The restaurant allow everyone to smoke in door, and as an nonsmoker it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all

Very good service and stay! Would recommend!
