I would like to visit often, so I am a bit sad that it was expensive and only adequate.
Pros:

It is a fabulous location. The waiting staff seem very cheerful.

Cons:

My room smelled of the greasy cooking from the kitchen. Staff stood and watched me struggle through doors with heavy cases. There was a short-sighted negotiation re an upgraded room. Entrance door were unimpressive: I understand the difficulties of the weather but there was no welcoming entrance.

Exceptional! Instantly felt relaxed after a 9hr drive!
Pros:

Obviously the location, but most of all the staff - they were all exceptional! We have stayed in some excellent hotels and this one matched on every level and exceeded with staff and food. Even though I had a slight issue with my steak, on balance, the best quality and value food we have had possibly ever! Fab menu. Also really liked the hotel deco and dog friendliness, even though I had left my pooch at home. The spa was also amazing! Lots of parking, great maps for walking.

Cons:

One slightly grumpy lady (staff) at the spa but that’s being picky.

Pros:

Just fantastic, everything.. beautiful hotel & location, very smartly dressed and very friendly , helpful staff. Food wonderful! Nothing negative to say… have stayed before and will be returning again in December!
We were very lucky to be upgraded to a sea view room!

We choose this hotel of birthday Treat 🥰.
The SPA is truly brilliant. 🥰 We are enjoying our stay . The beds are comfortable and our bedroom window offers a pleasant sea view 😍..
We will defenetly returning.

Cons:

While the overall experience was positive .
However I believe food could have used a little more flavor. .
Wifi could be provided better very weak signal on the SPA

Wonderful ! great location, lovely room and good breakfast. Great spa too.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, best sleep I have had for ages. Lovely little doggie bag for our Pug - treats and poo bags and a booklet on local walks.
