Too shorter stay but longer next time.
Location, coziness and spa.
Great location, really to level food in the restaurant, the spa was amazing!
Nothing.
The personal touches, the food was amazing, the spa facilities are fantastic, the room was very clean, comfortable and the best nights sleep. Sea view, incredible. All of it was just lovely.
There isn't anything that we didn't like. We loved everything about our stay. Second time of staying. So glad we came back. The last time we stayed was 5 years ago.
Lovely staff, clean & comfortable
Spa was separate from the hotel which was not ideal when it was windy & wet
Gorgeous views! Lovely room (202) So comfortable.
We were disappointed about the scaffolding, blocking some view. Although it could not be helped it would have been good to know beforehand.
Exceptional food, amazing location, lovely spa, and the best staff you could hope for
Nothing
I really loved the spa, it was so relaxing , enjoying the hot tub while overlooking the cliff. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was cooked perfectly.
At the moment, there are scafolding erected to had to go around the hotel from spa to room.
we love it there , we’ve been visiting for a few years now , so comfortable , relaxing and friendly
you can’t fault it
Everything!
Nothing!
Love the location,, spa service.
We have been coming to Mullion for years and always love the welcome and professionalism of the staff, in particular Katie Jane and Sarah.
Sadly, this time there was a very grumpy chap in the restaurant. When asked questions, he responded with a short response and was negative, which left us feeling like we were bothering him. We tried to engage with him and ask about his home town but this was also met with a negative response. This attitude seemed very out of place when everyone else is always so warm and friendly. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of Charlie and Katy in the restaurant, which made our two night stay lovely.
Brilliant location on the south west coast path. The views are amazing and can be appreciated from the restaurant and sitting rooms (it is lovely to be able to sit and read without having to be in your room) The spa is fantastic with lots of room, outside hot tub and pool are a bonus to sit and watch the stars come out. Robes and lots of soft drink options in your room. Very comfortable beds and very quiet location. Restaurant food was amazing and service from all staff was prompt and friendly. We went as a last minute break and will definitely be returning as one of the most relaxing venues. Good value staying rather than just using spa facilities. I will be giving stays as gifts to friends. It’s about 30 mins walk into the village with local shops and pubs. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Cornwall so far.
Kettle was forgotten in room but immediately replaced on asking….that is literally the only thing I can fault as a flawless overnight stay.
Beautiful setting and traditional decor
TV could do with updating
Wonderful location, very cosy hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas too! 🎄🎄🎄
Comfy bed and very helpful, friendly staff.
