A pleasant step away from busy tourist routes.
Pros:

The location was good for accession the beach, it was a short walk from a very nice stretch. In terms of getting to the centre of Barcelona, this required a bit of working out because the metro is about 15 minutes walk away. The Rambla we were on was very pleasant, busy but not particularly noisy. The apartment is comfortable and had tiny balcony which was very useful to sit out and look over the Rambla. Local shops were good, especially the fruit shop further north down the Rambla. The place did not feel overwhelmed by tourists which was great.

Cons:

The locks on both the entrance door and the door to the flat were a bit tricky to work out but once you had the knack it was not a problem.

Pros:

Čistý, vybavený, funkční apartmán. Jednou jsme měli nefunkční el. zámek dveří, během 10min.byla u nás pomoc a vše vyřešili. Rozhodně skvělý výběr.

Cons:

Je potřeba počítat s nočním ruchem. Pod apartmány jsou restaurace, zavírají a uklízejí až okolo 1AM.

Perfect spot in Barcelona
Pros:

De perfecte ligging op loopafstand van het (niet toeristische deel van het) strand en aan de levendige en gezellige Ramblas de Poblenou.

Cons:

Luidruchtige buren in het appartement naast ons, maar daar heb ik melding van gemaakt via het WhatsApp nummer, daarna geen last meer gehad.
En de douchedeur lekt, erg opletten dat de badkamervloer niet kletsnat werd...

Pros:

Schoon appartement, goede bedden, leuke locatie! Gezelligheid van de rambla en in een mum van tijd op het strand. Vlakbij openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Douche. Deur gaat naar binnen open dus we kregen de deur niet dicht met douchen. Maar er was ook een bad. Die was ook smal.

Locatie excelenta,langa plaja, pe o strada cu multe restaurante si magazine, tot ceea ce ai nevoie gasesti pana la ora tarzie.Gazda foarte amabila, receptie deschisa pana tarziu, apartamentul utilat pentru un sejur confortabil si mai ales curatenia exemplara din apartament.Terasa mare, iti ofera momentele de liniste de care ai nevoie.

Pros:

Very clean, kitchen was well equipped, nice to have a balcony and the local bakeries and cafes are fab - the people at VRUTAL were lovely and made a fuss over my daughter.

Cons:

The Poblenou metro station was only 13 minutes or so away - but it is a bit of a journey to get to the main attractions if you have a young child (we had our 4 year old).

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hatte für uns eine gute Lösung gefunden, nachdem uns das Apartment an der Rambla nicht gefallen hatte und uns dann in ein Beachapartment untergebracht.
Apartments dort sehr schön, hell und strandnah. Küchenausstattung von der Anzahl des Geschirrs könnte besser sein. Reinigung vom Personal zwischendurch super, dass hatte uns überrascht.

Friendly but not overly. Had water, coffee, tea and a sitting area.

Cons:

Actually kind of annoying to have to pick up the keys off premise, then make your way to the actual apartment, which is a lot easier said then done when there are several different doors and wonky keys.

Skvělá lokalita, ochotný personál na recepci.
Pros:

Lokalita je fantastická. Asi 5 minut pěšky k pláži a 10 minut pěšky na metro. Ulice se skvělou atmosférou, je plná obchodů, restaurací. Jen pár kroků od ubytování je supermarket. Na recepci ochotný personál. Vybavení apartmánu je dobré. Apartmán je dost velký.

Cons:

Jsou to jen drobnosti: Postele byly pro nás nepohodlné - příliš měkké. V jednom z apartmanů byla patrová postel, to bylo nepříjemné překvapení protože náš průměrný věk byl nad 60.
