ACCESS/PARKING
The L5 bus line serves the hotel at the “Pont Vieux” stop.
A paid public car park is located in the streets adjacent to the hotel as well as a large car park with 470 spaces at the Esplanade du Paradis (payable from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. at the tourist zone rate, see official website of the City of Lourdes ).
Free parking further away is available: Parking Lapacca, (17 minutes on foot or bus service L3 => L5); Parking at Place Capdevielle in the town center (17 min walk or L5 bus service).

Séjour Parfait sauf la musique inappropriée

Tout était parfait j’ai très bien dormi. Propre agréable personnel très gentil et souriant. Chambre très agréable literie haut de gamme.

La musique dans l’ascenseur et dans l’entrée.
Dans l’entrée quand je suis arrivée la nuit c’était extrêmement fort comme un club - avec de la musique très marquée : musique urbaine, rap, latino, paroles (femmes objet,…). A titre personnel c’est une musique que je trouve très bas de gamme, dérangeante et j’ai du mal à comprendre quelle puisse être utilisée dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Même dans les ascenseurs on n’y échappe pas ! C’est vraiment une horreur surtout quand on vient à Lourdes en pèlerinage. C’était pour moi un grand stress de rentrer à l’hôtel dans ces conditions. Le calme est beaucoup plus approprié.

Although my confirmation mentioned a double bed, we were given a twin bed instead, which was disappointing for us as a couple.”

La chambre était petite. La salle de bain petite. Les ascenceurs quasi toujours plein. Le personnel a ouvert notre chambre ce matin à 11h sans frapper 😨, alors qu'on a prevenu qu'on libérait à midi. Une odeur très bizarre venait des toilettes. On a essayé d'avoir 1 lit collé au lieu de 2 petits lits séparés, sans succès. Le personnel vous croise dans les couloirs sans dire bonjour. La chambre ne vaut vraiment pas son prix
