ACCESS/PARKING
The L5 bus line serves the hotel at the “Pont Vieux” stop.
A paid public car park is located in the streets adjacent to the hotel as well as a large car park with 470 spaces at the Esplanade du Paradis (payable from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. at the tourist zone rate, see official website of the City of Lourdes ).
Free parking further away is available: Parking Lapacca, (17 minutes on foot or bus service L3 => L5); Parking at Place Capdevielle in the town center (17 min walk or L5 bus service).

Pros:

Personnel accueillant, la chambre est propre et lumineuse, avec une petite terrasse ensoleillée.
Le petit-déjeuner est bon même si il mériterait un meilleur café.

Great rest, great location.
Pros:

Size of the room and location. Even with the baby cot, we had plenty of room to stay comfortable during our stay (2 adults and 2 kids in the same room)

Cons:

Breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to clean out the table where I had breakfast with muy kids. Breakfast was from 7 to 9, we got there at 8 and all the tables were dirty. Nobody came so I cleaned it up by myself

A comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It's four blocks to tge Sanctuary. The way to Lourdes is as peacefully as the Sanctuary itself. I recommend the place.

Cons:

The rugs aren't very clean.

Hôtel à éviter (ou remettre les étoiles au niveau)
Cons:

C’est très bruyant. Nous entendons les portes qui se claquent, les voisins qui prennent leur douche et qui parlent. On se demande où cet hôtel est allé chercher ses 4 étoiles.

La ubicación.

Cons:

El desayuno es bastante deficiente. El baño tenía puerta corredera, una luz fundida y hacía un ruido molesto al encender la luz. Además habían desplazado la cama respecto a los apliques y dormimos con un enchufe entre las almohadas. La cama era muy blanda.
