Atención personal, mala conservación de las instalaciones, café de desayuno horrible, y un olor por la mañana a fritanga insoportable .. esto más q un hotel debería ser una presión y saber uno a lo q va .. una decepción
We stayed two nights and we have no specific complains, maybe at the beginning some troubles with our room key, that would let us in no way at the beginning ! But Juani came to the rescue and was great to solve the problem immediately. This troubles were paired with the chance we had for an unexpected early check-in after arrival, the room was ready ! Besides Juani was very sweet to us, offering two chocolates (we hit her birthday). The room was wide enough and quiet, all amenities working good. Breakfast was very good, with sweet and savory options, starting at 7 (very good).
The hotel is in a strategic position, few minutes walk from everywhere, except the train station (you need to take a bus), but including the bus station. A really good option.
The hotel is a little bit run down, a good renovation could help.

Muy cerca de la catedral y muy céntrico . Zona tranquila . Comentábamos que no se abría la ventana y nos cambiaron de habitación sin protestar. El desayuno está muy pero muy bien

El check-in demasiado tarde, a las 16.00h, ya lo avisan pero además la habitación que nos dieron al principio cuando subimos estaba sin limpiar, nos la cambiaron pero hasta las 16.20 no entramos.
El aparcamiento muy complicado, antes tenían convenio con un parking cercano, ya no.
Si tienes suerte puedes aparcar al lado en zona azul y con la app elparking puedes pagar y renovar casa 2h.
La ubicación y la atención del personal, en especial la recepcionista de turno de mañana y las camareras del buffet del desayuno y cafetería.
La habitación del ático con una ventana que no se puede abrir ni cerrar porque no funciona el mecanismo, así que con una escoba y subiendo a la cama.
El suelo de la habitación sin terminar, debajo de la cama no hay.
El frigorífico dentro de un armario, un criadero de bichos 😱
Reciben mucho circuito Imserso y no están preparados para atender a tanta gente a la vez
