Mala experiencia.
Pros:

Solicite habitación con cama grande, me dieron dos camas, solicité garaje, no quedaban plazas, pagué un ático, me dieron 1° planta. El personal no me dio opción a más.

Cons:

El trato por el personal, no pusieron nada de su parte por solventar mis quejas. El desayuno escaso para el precio y no reponían con la frecuencia debida.

La decoración y la ubicación

Cons:

La cama era muy incomoda, en el desayuno no había personal, el bacon estaba sin hacer, la tostadora de pan no funcionaba y no había a quien reclamarselo.

Burgos merece la pena aunque aparezca algún contratienpo

Si no eres muy exigente, aceptable.
Pros:

Habitación limpia y grande. La ubicación perfecta y muy centrica, cero ruidos.

Cons:

La cama muy gastada, deberían cambiar el colchón.
La luz, si apagabas la llave del interruptor general se apagaba todo y la luz de la lámpara de pie, nos tocó quitar el cable del enchufe, porque el interruptor no funcionaba y se quedaba siempre encendida, con lo cual, si quitabas la luz general, no cargabas el movil y nos despertamos sin batería en el movil.
La luz del baño deficiente y la mampara, un cristal fijo muy corto que hace que el agua se salga, quizás mas largo hasta la mitad de la bañera, estaría mejor, para evitar la salida de agua.

El secador de pelo no funcionaba. Y el teléfono para llamar tampoco. Tuve q bajar a recepción q tampoco había nadie. Y me atendió la persona q estaba en la cafetería. Eso sí, enseguida me facilitaron otro secador
