Perfect spot close to restaurants, the beach and the playground! Very comfortable and clean, good for families.
Pros:

The owner was so lovely and accommodating. The property is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything (especially convenient with 2 little ones)

Needs a thorough clean. Carpets were poor and I found several shards of glass. Fans and AC needed a clean.

I would thoroughly recommend as the location, staff and vibe were so positive and welcoming.
Pros:

staff were excellent and very accomodating to the needs of hikers (Ngaro Trail). The atmosphere and general vibe was welcoming and relaxed.
