Schönes Hotel an einem wunderschönen langen Strand.
Pros:

Nach Problemen mit sehr lauten Nachbarn hat die Dame an der Rezeption auf unsere Beschwerde gleich reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür, denn danach hatten wir einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub.
Das Essen war sehr gut.
Wir hatten Glück, dass das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Somit war der Speisesaal nicht überfüllt und wir konnten uns im leeren Spa Bereich schön entspannen.
Es war ein Wäscheständer im Zimmer vorhanden sowie Strandliegestühle und ein Windfang.

Cons:

Am letzten Abend kamen zwei große Reisebusse an. Der Speisesaal war mit den vielen Urlaubern gleich überfüllt. Man musste länger am Buffett anstehen. Einige angebotene Speisen waren alle und der Butterautomat zur besten Frühstückszeit leer.
Bei so vielen Urlaubern müssten die Essenzeiten verlängert werden. Ab 8h ist zu spät.
Der Übergang zum Strand ist sehr steil. Für Gehbinderte und Kinderwagen bestimmt eine Herausforderung.
Am Strand sind viele Steine... Badeschuhe mitbringen.

Die Nähe zum Meer.
Das Buffet war Klasse

Cons:

Bellende Hunde im Hotel. Obwohl überall Verbotsschilder waren. Leider war auch der Wellnessbereich nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Instandhaltung sollte groß geschrieben werden. Die Dampfsauna funktionierte nicht einen Tag. Die normale Sauna ging einfach aus und die Spanndecken im Schwimmbad löste sich. Sehr schade, auch die Zimmer müssten mal aufgearbeitet werden. Wasserschäden im Kleiderschrank, im Bad alle Möbel aufgequollen und die Schlafcouch war weder zum Sitzen, geschweige denn zum Schlafen geeignet. Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer funktionierte leider auch nicht.

Jakość obsługi i komfort niestety pozostawia sporo do życzenia.
Pros:

Kameralny hotel położony bardzo blisko plaży, pokoje czyste i odpowiednio wyposażone. Duży wybór na śniadaniach, wiele atrakcji w hotelu - kręgle, bilard, muzyka na żywo. Bardzo miła i kompetentna Pani w recepcji (podczas naszego zameldowania). Bezkosztowa możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania.

Cons:

Łóżka oraz poduszki były bardzo niewygodne… ciężko było zasnąć, a po całej nocy obudziłyśmy się obie z mocnym bólem pleców.
Jedzenie w restauracji a’la carte dobre, ale zostało podane zimne. Na barze w sobotni wieczór jeden barman, przez co czas oczekiwania na drinki był mocno wydłużony. Natomiast gdy przyszłyśmy drugi raz ok 21:00 i zajęłyśmy stolik blisko baru, nikt z obsługi nas nie zauważył - pani kelnerka stała przy bonowniku i była zajęta obserwowaniem tańczących gości. Gdy skończyłyśmy napoje, również nie było zainteresowania czy chciałybyśmy coś domówić lub zapłacić.
Natomiast następnego dnia rano gdy weszłyśmy na śniadania, ta sama Pani kelnerka przy pełnej sali gości głośno powiedziała, że wyszłyśmy bez płacenia, i zanim w ogóle zdążyłyśmy zająć miejsce przy stoliku lub podejść do bufetu, ostentacyjnie chodziła za nami z rachunkiem do podpisu.
Obsługa na śniadaniach też niestety nie zrobiła dobrego wrażenia - bufet nie był uzupełniany na bieżąco, brakowało dań gorących, sztućców. Gdy poprosiłam kelnera o nóż, bo kosz był pusty - machnął ręką i powiedział „tam na drugim końcu sali będą”.
Pan kucharz, który smażył gofry i naleśniki powiedział, że gofry są niedostępne bo skończyło mu się ciasto i jakby miał dorabiać to za długo mu to zajmie (mimo że do końca śniadań zostało powyżej godziny).
Nie działała sauna parowa, a sauna sucha dostępna była tylko wieczorem.
Basen bez nadzoru ratownika.
