Pros:

Ubytování bylo, pěkné a čisté. Paní na recepci byla velmi milá

Cons:

Jediné co nám vadilo, byly zdi jak z papíru. Vše co si povídali vedle v sousedních pokojích, bylo slyšet, jak kdyby mluvili u nás v pokoji

Perfekt für Familienurlaub im Sommer mit Kindern
Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung war ausreichend ausgestattet und es war genügend Platz für die eigenen Sachen sowie Einkäufe. Klimaanlage war bei 30-34 Grad sehr angenehm. Pool, Wasserspielplatz, Spielplatz und Spielgeräte im Schatten waren super für die Kinder. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. 30 Minuten Fußweg bzw. 5 Min mit dem Auto/Bus zum Strand in Riva waren in Ordnung.

Kann man wiederholen aber nicht zu diesem Preis
Pros:

Das personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Family Zimmer war sehr geräumig

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Pěkný apartmán, areál zaměřený na rodiny
Pros:

Při příjezdu úsměv při check-inu. Pokoj byl hezčí než na fotografii. Stolní tenis, plácek na fotbal, dětské hřiště. Bezproblémové parkování. Do centra pěšky cca 20 minut, možnost zapůjčení kol. Dobrá výchozí lokalita pro pěší tůry.

Allt var toppen på Filanda!
Pros:

Trevlig personal, fint och välstädat boende med bra faciliteter. Har man bil finns parkering och boendet ligger ca 2 km från centrala riva del Garda. Går även att promenera/cykla från staden

Very clean and spacious apartment, fully equiped for cooking. Beautiful pool and playground for kids. Quiet place. Trentino guest card included and you have public transport and many tickets for free. Very pleasant and helpful owners..

Cons:

Town is quite far but buses for free, no problem. Small pillows but it is individual. You pay for bedlinen and towels.

Pros:

The staff was great and always ready to help with any plans you might want to make, this hotel is absolutely kid friendly. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. My kids loved the pool and the water park as well.

Cons:

Limited options for dinner, but the one restaurant within walking distance is excellent. You have to drive to Riva del Garda if you want to go there and we found parking to be difficult.

The pool is very large and the place has a lovely playground for kids to play in. Not far from the center if you have a car or bike. The rooms are very adequate and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Toller Urlaub in der Residence Filanda
Pros:

Tolle Lage ,sehr schöne Residence ,wir hatten Bergblick Richtung Riva tolle Poolanlange Spielgeräte für Kinder vorhanden. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und ausreichend verfügbar . Riva ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man braucht eigentlich nichts mitnehmen alle Discounter Aldi Lidl Penny sind in Arco und Lidl auch noch in Torbole mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und haben auch Sonntags geöffnet, außerdem alle Einheimischen Geschäfte. Wir hatten unseren Hund einen Border Collie mit, der sehr Willkommen war. Wir waren zu 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind von 9 Jahren und alle sehr zufrieden.
Man sollte die Trentino Garda Guest Card mitnehmen ( gibt's in der Residence ) damit Spart man verschiedene Eintrittspreise.

Cons:

Wir waren an die Herbstferien gebunden und sind erst Mitte Oktober angereist, Wir hatten aber nur einen Regentag und der Rest war Gut die Temperaturen tagsüber auch, für abends sollte man schon eine warme Jacke mitnehmen. wir würden jederzeit wieder in der Residence Filanda Urlaub machen.
