Monday to Friday 09:00 to 5:00
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 09:00 to 12:00

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Outrigger Bay in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

These apartments are fully self contained and self catering. All the apartments are made up for your arrival with fresh bed linen, bath towels and starter packs. There are laundry facilities in the apartment for your use.

We offer a Complimentary Mid-Stay service for stays over 8 days. For shorter stays, an optional mid-stay service and change of linen can be arranged on request for an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Great stay, clean, modern and perfect location at a affordable price

The resort was in perfect condition and as seen on the photos. The rooms were spacious with all the required amenities with a pool, hot tub and spacious outdoor BBQ space which was welcomed.It was extremely clean and modern. Everything felt new, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and gave great local tips for dining. The location is ideal, with a short walk into the centre of Byron Bay. The room had more than enough space for 6 people and 2 balconys was perfect. We would definately return.

Location was great. Spacious leaving room and patios.

Cons:

Dated and not well maintained (i.e.peeling walls, creaking steps and switches not working). A pity, because overall it would be a great apartment.
