ABION Villa Berlin

The suite we booked was outstanding… spacious, pristine, calming and comfortable. We had a difficult time leaving it! It had numerous full length windows overlooking the river, which provided a tranquil view of the water and passing boats. We were on the main floor, off of the Library, where every evening, port was set out for the guests, as were fruit and fruit-infused water each morning. The espresso maker and tea were available all day. We especially enjoyed the small gym and sauna. The surrounding area was an excellent location with Tiergarten Park being just across the bridge. Not only will we return, we will look for additional hotels in this group!

À environs 20 minutes de transports en commun (facilement accessible) du centre touristique de la ville, je conseille définitivement cet hébergement, notamment pour son buffet déjeuner extraordinaire! L’endroit est pittoresques et relaxant sur le bord du canal.

Nettes Suiten Hotel direkt am Wasser. Leider war keiner da zum Check-in, obwohl wir in der vorgegebenen Zeit angekommen sind. Zimmer groß, aber Mobiliar und Türen abgestoßen. Möbel haben zum Teil riesige Flecken. Vorhänge vergilbt. Fenster fallen einem beim öffnen entgegen. Toilette hat trotz Reparatur nicht funktioniert. Frühstück sehr lecker. Alles sehr privat, da nur wenige Zimmer. Eingang über die öffentliche Tiefgarage bei Anreise mit dem Auto. Hotelparkplätze wenig einladend. Da stehen mit Folie abgedeckte Autos und im Eingang unten muss man sich an Fahrrädern und einem Motorrad vorbei schaffen. Nicht so toll! Bezüglich Service: Wenn dann jemand vom Hotel da ist, sehr nett und freundlich und bemüht. Auch beim Frühstück nach längerer Wartezeit dann sehr netter Service.

ベルリン中心部に近く交通の便も良く、セキュリティ、環境は抜群でした。
ただ朝食はバイキング形式であったが食材が少なく長期の滞在には不向きであった。

Decent hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Had a couple of meals there and everything was really tasty.

The rooms are a little dated, but perfectly comfortable and spacious. Mine had a lovely view of the river.

The gym is a bit ropey, but the hotel is in a great spot for running by the river.

Great for a business trip, but probably not somewhere I’d stay for leisure.

Schöne ruhige Lage, fußläufig zur SBahn Bellevue. Zweiter Aufenthalt, diesmal nicht im Buisinesszimmer im Haupthaus sondern zu Weihnachten in der Villa. Die gebuchte Suite lag etwas überraschend im Keller des Nebenhauses, in Augenhöhe zur Spree. Zunächst wurde ein offenbar seit längerem nicht genutztes, nicht gereinigtes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Für den Umzug ins Nachbarzimmer erhielten wir einen Gutschein für 2 Drinks in der Bar des Haupthauses. Im 2. Zimmer war in der geräumigen Dusche mit Regenkopf die alternativ nutzbare Handbrause an der Stange nicht verstellbar. Jedes Abwasser (Toilette/Handwaschbecken/Dusche) zog anschließend laute Geräusche nach sich, vermutlich von einer Abwasserpumpe, da der Fußboden unter Wasserspiegel der Spree lag. Leichte Wasserschäden durch fehlerhafte Wand- oder Bodenabdichtung auch in der anschließenden Tiefgarage. Frühstück wurde nur im Haupthaus angeboten, nicht in dem auf den Fotos gezeigten gemütlich gepolsterten Frühstücksraum der Villa. Mitarbeiter der Rezeption im Haupthaus freundlich, aber anscheinend teils noch in Ausbildung. Ansonsten schönes großes Zimmer.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For $350 do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. They gave us rooms in a different building which belonged to the hotel. It was a disaster. Ugly rooms, poor customer service.

We weren't 100% sold on this place based the lack of recent reviews, and online info speaking poorly about the neighborhood...but everything was great. I got the sense that it was mainly business guests (it's in a business-heavy district), but it was a great quiet base for our week in Berlin as tourists. The Bellevue S-bahn stop is a comfortable 5 minute walk away, will be your best friend as it links you into the main transit artery of the city. The neighborhood (Moabit) has a mixed reputation, but it was so pleasant, clean, and quiet to stay in and walk around. Lots of families, very few other tourists, very green/right on the river, and the food we ate (shout out to Quê Choa, open late) was very good. It may have been a weird glitch, but we didn't receive any confirmation info from the hotel when I booked. I emailed a week later to ask about it and got a brief reply with a confirmation number. Then I got the full confirmation about a week before the stay. Long story short, there's not much info available ahead of time--but that was the only downside to our experience.

The room was extremely spacious -- probably 3X the size of the room we paid more for in Paris and comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. It wasn't clear ahead of time, but front desk staff were there at all hours and helpful. Would most definitely go back.

Thought the place was great, food +, service + accommodation +... But a problem occurred... the polizei got called and I got detained for 24 hrs. Not fun but hey! Then the hotel banned me from eating , drinking or sleeping there. Here's to LEF as they say in france! Well done and kind regards to Christian the duty mgr

Lage top , Personal freundlich…. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit unserem Housekeeping, aber nichts das man mit einer Info aus der Welt schaffen könnte… Die Aussicht auf die Spree ist sehr schön….
Zimmer groß und sehr bequeme Betten… und der Fitnessraum ist mega … Sauna kann man zur alleinigen Nutzung haben…

This hotel is located conveniently in the center of town close to two train stops. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is definitely well above average.

I will stay here again!!
