Great location and view from the terrace and breakfast room.
Perfect location for us, just infront of the sunset viewing point, easy walk into the centre (bit of a hill on the way back).
Really helpful staff - rang a taxi for us and booked us a hot air balloon ride for a fair price. Kindly let us check in to our room early which was a lovely gesture.
We really enjoyed the delicious extensive breakfast and the filter coffee was good. Was nice to have tea available all day to help ourselves to.
We booked the room with the little terrace (111) - what we didn’t realise is that this basically opens on to the public bar which is part of the hotel as shown in the photos (all be it down a couple of steps.. Room 110 literally opens right onto the bar which is crazy.) During the day when the bar is empty this isn’t an issue and we enjoyed sitting out there. On the Saturday night because the bar was busy we found this an issue. Especially as staff had to keep asking if this was our room when we were sat at the table outside it. There is also a bar / restaurant next door which played very loud music - we actually enjoyed the live music (saxophone and violin) but the bass on the other music was ridiculous. What I will say is that on the Sunday night the music stopped at 10pm so it wasn’t an issue.
Overall I think if you’re going to be out having dinner / enjoy a bit of nightlife it’s fine but when you have to wake up at 5:30 am for excursions it’s not ideal. Also, this is one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel and having a bar right outside made it feel more like a hostel which we actually don’t mind but the price obviously doesn’t reflect this.
Also the top shared terrace with the cushions would have been lovely to sit at but it wasn’t the cleanest

Posizione della struttura ottimale per vedere le mongolfiere, con una delle terrazze più alte della città. Colazione buonissima, sempre molto varia e tutto preparato fresco al momento. Il personale é stato molto gentile, in particolare Erdogan ci ha dato molti consigli e ci ha aiutato in tutto. Camere pulite e nella sala colazioni avevamo the, caffè e acqua a disposizione tutto il giorno.

The location of the accomodation is great. It is the only good thing about this property. There was a man with black moustach at the reception. He was the only one who greeted us, who smiled and offered us a good customer service. He helped us with much info.
We will never come back to Turkey, especially to this accomodation. The people are rude and disrespectful. The lady at the reception had an rolling eyes attitude every time we had a question. She was scrolling all day, she did not even say hi or good morning for one whole week. She promised us to get info about the balloon flight, but she never came back to us. She did not care at all.
Breakfast area was a mess. Same food every day. Worst coffee ever.
If you wanna have breakfast, you must use clothes that you do not need. The smell from the kitchen is horrible and it makes your clothes stink. After breakfast you cannot use the clothes anymore. The lady from the kitchen did not know how to be kind and respectful.
Our room was a family room with no windows. Dark with zero natural light. No ventilation at all. If you are claustrophobic, you will suffocate in there. We kept the room door opened just to get some cold and fresh air, but the lady from the reception let a strange man smoke cigarettes inside. During the night with down to 4 degrees C outside, we were melting inside.
The pictures you see on the page with the view of the property are not accurate to what it is in reality. I attached a photo with the only spot available with the cushions. It was dirty, full of sand and dust.
There’s a bistro-bar upstairs, where you get a nice view. Ate the worst carbonara ever. Everything is overpriced and the quality is poor.
Initially the guy in charge for the restaurant (the one with tatoos over his hands)told us everything is fully booked. We waited until other guests left. He was very rude and refused to offer us a table until I requested a reservation for the next night. After challanging him, he immediately offered us a table. We were not allowed to change our table like other guests. He stated the tables were reserved. But nobody came there. He offered a table with a better view for a group of turkish girls, even though we were waiting there before them.
Muy buena ubicación. Limpio. Céntrico. Tiene una terraza arriba donde se ve perfectamente los globos al amanecer. Esta justo un poco antes del punto donde todo el mundo va a ver los globos y el atardecer, y encima en el hotel no pagas extra.
La habitación cueva es divertida e interesante pero muy humeda.
The location was stunning. The terrace offered great views of the fairy chimneys. I liked that there was a restaurant/bar on site. Lovely breakfast included. It was right in town and only a short walk to the main center. The staff was very helpful and assisted with any and all arrangements of tours and taxis. The room interior was very nice and was actually a cave.
The room door key situation is difficult. I have to twist over and over till I get it just right for it to open.
Wir waren 2 Freundinnen auf einem Kurzurlaub. Dafür war der Aufenthalt okay. Wir brauchen keinen großen Luxus, auch dafür war der Aufenthalt okay und wir sind sowieso fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs, vor allem dafür war es okay. Das Frühstück war toll. Von allem etwas dabei!
Das Licht waren zwei kleine Lämpchen, die zwar zum aufwachen in der Höhle angenehm waren, aber sonst hat man sich kaum im Spiegel erkennen können. Die Duschhalterung war abgebrochen und die Armatur ein Stück aus der Wand heraus gebrochen. Auf Grund des dunklen Lichtes konnte man im Bad auch kaum sich selbst noch den hygienischen Zustand beurteilen. An sich war es für uns trotzdem auszuhalten, aber der Betrug auf den Booking- Bildern ist schon sehr frech.

Café da manhã muito bom com opções de frutas.
Quarto muito abafado e úmido.
O estacionamento é muito pequeno.

Tolle Lage, außergewöhnliche Erfahrung in einem “Höhlen-Zimmer” zu übernachten, gutes Frühstück, tolle Terrasse mit guter Aussicht, viele Shops in der Nähe, nettes hilfsbereites Personal - wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :)
Die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Bauweise nicht so gut belüftet.
