I did not like the stuff when I tried to get a refund because I booked another night by mistake

The translation was very hard

Some facilities eg. bathrooms needing upgrade. No gym facilities , no swimming pool......being renovated - which we were not told about. No evening restaurant service. These points are disappointing for a four star hotel.

Vi bestilte til bryllupsreise og planen var å sole seg på solsenger ved bassenget. Det var under restaurering uten at det var nevnt noe som helst sted. Vi klagde i resepsjon flere ganger og spurte om å få snakke med leder, det skjedde ikke. Vi sendte mail direkte til hotellet, har ikke fått tilbakemelding. Det endte med at vi måtte kjøpe oss strandstoler på en butikk for å sitte nede på stranden, som var en ytterligere kostnad. Personalet viste ingen interesse av å prøve å finne en løsning. Vi betalte full pris, for fasiliteter de tilbydde, men ikke eksisterte. Så alt i alt ble vår bryllupsreise ikke slik vi hadde sett for oss.

Sadly the pool was being renovated, so we couldn’t sit around it. Think it would have been too cold to go in though.

On the one hand, 50% of the reservation amount was charged to my card, and upon arrival I was asked to pay the full cost of the stay. To date, the initially charged amount has not been refunded.

On the other hand, the hotel advertises itself as having a swimming pool, which is also reflected in the price; however, during my stay it was under renovation and unavailable.

Hard seng og det var støvete på rommet.

Lack of swimming pool, the work around swimming pool to fix the issue has been lasting too long. Lack of variety of different food during lunch. Lack of table on the balcony. Lack of good TV with satellite (TV was very old) . Lack of pen and WiFi instructions. Very uncomfortable pillows. Poor lighting in the room.

Tienen parking gratuito, pero solo disponen de 18 plazas por lo que no pudimos aparcar en el hotel, tal vez hay que reservarlo pero esto no se indicaba en el anuncio, y sinceramente fue uno de los factores por los que elegí este hotel.
Luego reservamos una habitación con cama doble, para mi sorpresa y la de mi acompañante, una cama doble son 2 individuales juntas, entonces no deberian de dar esta opción.
Por otro lado, no habían enchufes cerca de la cama, el enchufe mas próximo estaba en el escritorio.
