Nice personnel and breakfast, big room, AC (!!!).
I prefer to stay there for 1 night only - nice place, but not far from the road and mosque (noisy at night and in the morning), although it's not a problem for me.

The experience was awful. Beds were very bad and broken. The cleanliness was also very bad.
Plus there was moisture in the rooms.
They charged us 100e for 2 nights. We wonted to leve and we wanted our money back, they refused and said it was not their policy to do refounds. They wanted to give us another room in the same condition with a demand that we leave the very next morning....

I like the location. The rate is also fine. Cleanliness however needs to improve.
It has small insects that continued biting us over night. The room was not cleaned everyday. The staff did not speak English which made the communication difficult.
Looked like a old Victorian room, everything was broke, everything was super dirty I had to clean the windows as your couldn't see out of them, literacy everything was wrong in this place
Everything from the decor, the price for the room, the fact it was so dirty, not once did anyone come and clean the room in the 2 weeks I was their just a big disappointed
They apparently allocated me a staff room; floor was broken, someone's hairbrush in the bathroom, a closet with full of men's cloths and shoes, and half-filled refrigerator beeping all night. Next day they allocated me a new room.
The hotel is very close to the central part of Istanbul. The rooms are very nice, big and clean. Everything you need is provided. The staff is very kind and responsive. Thank you!

Everything was fine. Very comfortable place. The guy on the reception was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
- The location is great away from the hussle of taksim and Beyoğlu but so close to the middle of istiklal road, where you can be in Istiklal within 5 min not more. The hotel is located on the flat highway, no need to climb hills or pass through dark scary alleys at night.
- The staff are so polite and helpful.
- The room I was given was big enough for 3. We got 2 single beds and 1 double and they were comfortable.
- Free coffee and tea at the lobby
* The toilet doesn't smell at all like in other hotels around istanbul and this gives the place an extra star!!
* And another extra star for having an elevator which is not found in most boutique hotels in istanbul
*** And extra 3 stars for being Family friendly. No need to worry about hearing inappropriate noises coming from other rooms at night like in taksim and Beyoğlu area hotels. There are always police men around since the police station is close .
- Some of the furniture needs renovation.

- The electric sockets are placed on one wall only
Awesome location walkable to everything, cool decor and very friendly front desk always available to help. Very comfy and cute.
Rooms are full of cigarette smell , no housekeeping , shower hosepipe is leaking , rude behaviour by the staff , i don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel . Worst experience ever.

The staff was alway there & smiling . Made me feel safe and I couldn’t beat the price.
Wish the hotel had been maintained better.. someone did a repair with a caulking gun & it ruined the tub’s appearance making it look more run down.. pealing wall paper & the bathroom smelled funky ..,it’s just tired but what can one expect when paying $25 A day ? It was clean & friendly helpful staff
