Er was een brand in mijn kamer s'nachts om 3.14 uur, we werden gelukkig wel wakker en was vol met rook waardoor wij met kinderen nix meer te zien was. Vond heel vreemd dat brandalarm niet af ging en geen brandblussers aanwezig waren in de kamer of buiten de deur

Er was een brand in mijn kamer s'nachts om 3.14 uur, we werden gelukkig wel wakker en was vol met rook waardoor wij met kinderen nix meer te zien was. Vond heel vreemd dat brandalarm niet af ging en geen brandblussers aanwezig waren in de kamer of buiten de deur. Ik wilde met fles water de brand gaan blussen, waardoor mijn linker voet is verbrand.

Daarbuiten was eten oke en ze waren heel vriendelijk.

Wil graag met booking in contact hoe de hotel met mij goed wilt gaan maken

3 yıldır her yaz geldiğimiz bir otel. Bu yaz ikinci kez geldik, hatta arkadaşlarımız da bizden duyup geldiler. İki çocuklu aileler olarak biz de onlar da çok memnun ayrıldık. Yemekler çok lezzetli, snack barda bile çok çeşit mevcut, deniz kenarı olduğu için havuzlar da çok kalabalık olmuyor, istediğiniz saatte denize veya havuza rahatlıkla girebiliyorsunuz, animasyonlar gün boyu devam ediyor.

Bu seyahatimizden 1 gün önce oğlumuz Selim hastalandı. O gün yola çıksak daha kötü olacaktı. Durumu otel yönetimine bildirince hemen rezervasyonumuzu 1 gün ötelediler. Girişte de resepsiyon şefi Osman Bey ve görevli Gökay Bey çok yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Standart oda tutmamıza rağmen çocuklu aileler olduğumuz için oldukça geniş aile odaları verdiler. Animasyon ekibi sadece etkinlikler esnasında değil, gün içinde gördüklerinde bile hem bize hem çocuklarımıza çok sıcak davrandılar. Diğer özellikler, iyi havuz-deniz-yemek-oda vb her otelde olabilir ama bir oteli diğerinden ayıran asıl şey böyle konular oluyor. Karşınızda tatilinizin iyi geçmesi için hep size yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir yaklaşım görüyorsunuz. Bu sayede burada kendimizi evimizde gibi hissediyoruz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Le confort de la literie est très important lors des vacances

Cons:

Les lits adultes sont dans un très mauvais état, on ressent les ressorts du matelas dans les côtés, ils grincent. Les lits pour enfants également ne sont pas confortable. Quand ma fille de 5 mois bougeait dans le lit on entendait le bruit du lit à barreau .le lit à barreau de la fille de 3 ans aussi n’était pas confortable, elle s’en ait plein. Les transats etaient plus confortable que la literie

Attention : aucun équipement (mixeur) pour les tout petits ou purée dispo contrairement à d’autres hôtels
