Pros:

very helpful and good at the reception. the area is good, quiet, beautiful room

beautiful room but needs a renovation, e.g. the floor creaks the bed was not comfortable

Good if you don’t want to spend too much time in your room
Pros:

I liked the location, it was at a pretty convenient place. Easy access for the city, there was a tesco and a decent place to have breakfast within 10 minutes

Cons:

The hall smelled like vinegar and when I wanted to use the kettle to make myself some tea I found old water in it which really upset me, god knows how long it’s been standing there.
I did not know about the deposit policy so it was quite a surprise upon arrival, but they refunded me the same day so overall it was fine.

Pros:

Despite having a confirmed and paid extension in your system, I was locked out of my room at 11:30 PM. However, the operational failure is secondary to the unacceptable and insolent behavior of your receptionist.

1. Gross Insolence and Lack of Professionalism: Her demeanor was not merely unhelpful; it was confrontational and brazenly disrespectful. She acted with a level of arrogance that is entirely incompatible with the hospitality industry.

2. Deliberate Falsehoods: She repeatedly insisted that staff had called the room and visited in person. As I was physically present in the room during the times she claimed these "visits" occurred, I know this to be a fabricated narrative.

3. Failure of Duty of Care: Instead of resolving a lockout caused by your internal communication failures, she chose to gaslight me, insulting my intelligence by sticking to a false script rather than providing access to the service I had already paid for.

Cons:

Your receptionist’s refusal to acknowledge the facts visible in your own system that my extension was valid and paid constitutes a "masterpiece" of shifting responsibility.
