Dated but room generally clean
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Expensive for room I had. Which had no window. Looking at a wall. Duvet too warm! 10.5 tog in summer in a warm airless room was unpleasant and it wasn’t even that warm outside

Withholding Deposit - be careful
Pros:

It's located perfectly for why we were there - just a short taxi ride away.

Cons:

Parking was a problem - in the street you could only stay for a maximum of 9 hours. I was only given one key card so every time my friend went out for a cigarette I was left in the dark with no electric. But the very worst thing was the staff lied in order to keep my deposit. I argued my case but they were not giving in and this made the stay extremely expensive. I had another Simply Rooms hotel booked for next week which of course I've cancelled and will not use them again.

As camas eram confortaveis, o duche tinha boa pressao de agua, dentro do quarto ha uma pequena cozinha com microondas o que facilita bastante economizar em londres

Cons:

O quarto no térreo fina numa espécie de porão. com uma janela que não tinha 20cm de largura. era um retângulo comprido.
No primeiro dia quando chegamos a noite, havia uma pilha de toalhas jogadas atras de nossa porta, o housekeeping tirou as toalhas da casa de banho e deixou la atras da porta a noite toda, so recolheu no dia seguinte.

Eles pedem para pagar um depósito de um valor como garantia, sendo que essa informação nada é mencionado no anúncio, nunca peguei uma garantia ao reserva seja no booking ou no outro, o pior eles avisam só no momento de checkin , se não tiver o dinheiro no cartão você se lasca porque eles não aceitam dinheiro. Mesmo que eles façam estorno depois de constatarem que está tudo certo no quarto, acho bom deixar esssa informação visível para o cliente se decidir porque se eu soubesse não iria reserva.

Location is brilliant. Staff always polite and welcoming.

Cons:

Shower didn’t work. Desk lamp didn’t work. Towel threadbare. No glasses in room.
